Apr 08,2018The shower surround went up no problem. But! The screws that came with this rubbish cheap and nasty when putting the screws in the heads where splitting three quarters of the way in . so used my own screws sorry ! But everything else about LCPS spot on no problem

Apr 04,2018Good price, speed of delivery and customer service however shower was missing a vital component when it arrived which was particularly frustrating given my plumber had already removed the old shower and was expected to be able to install the new one (this was over the Easter bank holiday weekend and I will be unable to get the plumber back for a couple of weeks now and I have no shower in a house with 5 children). Low Cost Plumbing were very polite and promised to contact their supplier for the missing part after the bank holiday weekend and also highlighted that their supplier will be at fault because they do not unpack the boxes shipped from the factory but my contract is with Low Cost Plumbing, not their suppliers, and so it's cold comfort for me and my family.
