The products are great (toothbrush holders and soap dispensers), just what I wanted, and at a good price, but there was confusion over the delivery and the products were sent out a week later than I expected, with no email/text telling me which day they would be delivered on so inevitably I wasn't in and had to reschedule the delivery which added on a few more days. Some glitch with their online stocktaking system apparently but they were helpful over the phone in resolving the issue.

Ordered a shower tray plus ancillaries, cost wise very competitive, unfortunately the wrong tray was sent but this was sent directly from the manufacturer and LCPS quickly sorted it out. Found them to be very helpful and responded well to all communications . Recommend them and will use again

We ordered a shower enclosure and base and such good quality. Easy to order online although shame they don't take VISA or credit cards - either Paypal or bank transfer to make payment. Also not much notice regarding delivery day and I had to ring to find out what was happening, but delivery did come on date advised and it was carried into the house as I couldn't have carried it myself as it was too heavy. I would definitely order again from Low Cost Plumbing Supplies.

I Ordered a shower enclosure, their delivery company, TNT, were very poor, having tried to deliver they eventually delivered a damaged package. Refused delivery due to damage. Advised Low Cost Plumbing supplies who requested a new delivery from their suppliers. New delivery came out and it was exactly the same damaged package that was delivered! totally unacceptable and incompetent. Advised Low Cost Plumbing supplies again and they sent out another delivery. This time via a different courier, who delivered it to the wrong address! I now have a very irate customer threatening to cancel a job because of their incompetence. Fortunately the household where it was delivered to knows me and told me it had been delivered there. I've had Coram on the phone asking why they couldn't pick up the damaged package - well because your driver went to the wrong address!! Phoned Low Cost Plumbing Supplies to advise of this and ask why this had all gone so wrong, I just wanted answers, and was told a week last Friday someone would get back to me. Good job I didn't hold my breath as I'm still waiting. Didn't expect a resolution to be honest given the extremely poor service received to date. As a plumber I contuinually search for the best prices for parts for my customers jobs, however will defiantly not be using this company again... take my advice, don't use them, you may end up regretting it and have major headaches like I did!!!

They had the product I was after in stock and was delivered first thing the next day. Great prompt service and really helpful customer service which is an added bonus these days.
