Mar 12,2018Ordered something that was shown on website. Order cancelled few days later because they didn't actually have the item. Irritating that website not up to date. When I rang they did try and find it and found them positive and friendly but no success.

Mar 12,2018Item arrived not as fast as I expected. Royal Mail delivery would have been faster. The item was good value and helped in solving my problem. I would use the service again. but allow for SLOW delivery.

Mar 09,2018Really impressed. They promised delivery within 5-7 days and it came within 4. They even made it through the snow to make the delivery in the time frame they said they would. Well done guys! Haven't unpacked the kit yet as waiting for the builder to be ready for it, so hopefully we'll find no issues with the product. All looks intact and the delivery guy brought it all in himself - what a star.

The delivery was prompt once it has happened however was a bit disappointed that despite our model being a new one we were told it was out of stock with brz after we had parted with our money. However the marginal increase for the next model up as there was no model down was not too onerous.
