Good service but didn't inform me when delivery would be so I phoned to ask only to find it was being delivered whilst I was out at work, would be better to be given time slot as I did pay £25 for delivery. My large shower door and tray were half way down the street and difficult to carry. If they made delivery better for customers it would get higher rating

I’ve bought 2 boilers from this company now. Both have been excellent value, and swiftly delivered. Customer service always great. Used webchat this time (as I realised I’d made a mistake with my order) and the agent was really helpful and sorted it quickly. Highly recommend.

Everything good, easy to get in touch with, knowledgeable. One very minor point, it would be nice to know an AM / PM delivery slot or approximation, so as not to wait in for a whole day.

I ordered an Optima shower enclosure from this company, they were the cheapest I could find for the specific product I was looking for. I placed my order on the afternoon of the Monday and the enclosure arrived on the Wednesday morning. I was really impressed with this level of service and would definitely use this company again.

Site is easy to Use and was £100 cheaper than I was originally going to pay.Ordered new boiler on Thursday and it was delivered on Saturday.Fast efficient service.Would recommend and will be using again.

After a call to confirm delivery of my order I was informed there was a delay in my order, for some reason it had not been received by the supplier. The team checked what could be done to correct this and helped resolve the problem straight away. My order was still late as Christmas got in the way, but I can honestly say the lady I spoke to was intent on resolving the problem and communicated with me at every stage.

Ordered shower enclosure and base. Price very good. Online purchase very easy. Took a little longer to be despatched than stated on website. Unfortunately first two enclosures despatched (direct from manufacturer) were damaged. Low Cost Plumbing Supplies agent was very polite and efficient and managed to get a replacement to me a couple of days before my fitter was due.
