May 18,2017Ordered a Coram shower enclosure from Low Cost Plumbing Supplies and they were great to do business with. I got an email to say when the items were being delivered but when the order arrived only some of the items were there the rest said to follow/separate despatch. Made a quick call to them and they checked and rang me back very quickly to say the rest of the order was arriving the same day and it did about 10 minutes later! Would certainly buy from them again.

Apr 15,2017We ordered 5 radiators, they were delivered fairly promptly but with no warning. It was just chance that we were available to accept delivery. I also had to phone for acknowledgement of our order. It would have been helpful to receive an email acknowledging our order and either an email or phone call to warn of delivery.

Apr 10,2017I ordered 3 sets of radiator valves over a fortnight ago. The deliver company said they were delivered last Monday. I was in all day. They didn't deliver and didn't leave a card. There was no POD and they said they left the valves in a porch which I don't have. They then said they had delivered at 10.00 last Friday. I was in and they didn't. They were then meant to be delivered on Saturday - nothing. Really the worst service I've had from a bathroom supply etailer ever. Still waiting for 3 sets of radiator valves. At last have my valves, delivered to number 3 instead of 53. Would point out that the delivery issues were from the supplier and not Low Cost Plumbing. Harriet at Low Cost was as helpful as it's possible to be.
