EXCELLENT SERVICE LOWEST FOR 3 OUT OF 4 ITEMS AND THEY PRICE MATCHED THE 4TH. DELIVERED AS I REQUESTED EVEN THOUGH MAIN ITEMS WAS OUT OF STOCK WHEN I ORDERED. THEY CHASED THEM UP AND DELIVERED TO A TIGHT DEADLINE

Excellent customer service and communication. Delivered when they said they would. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is that there was no delivery on a Sat so I had to be in during the week as it was a really big item (radiator) and therefore I felt I could not ask a neighbour and delivery was £30.00 quite expense I thought. However the item was cheaper than other sites.

Superb Company to deal with. Very helpful woman I spoke to; someone that you would want to represent your business. Shame she works for them and not my business! Product arrived as described 2 days later and was fitted yesterday. Would definitely use this Company again.

I needed an odd sized radiator (not commonly stocked or available) due to the fact that a run of our newly fitted kitchen ran longer than the drawn measurements so it ended up a bit over where the old radiator was located.... so it wouldn't go back on. Contacted Low Cost Plumbing, who phoned the rad manufacturer to check it was in stock, then supplied and delivered right on cue for when the plumber was here to install. Had personal contact with two members of staff (Alex via webchat and Teri-Anne by email) and both were extremely helpful. Great service, just how it should be.

Very prompt and a useful product copper 18mm to 15mm reducers. They will go with me to Spain where lots of Spanish houses built in the 1960s have 18mm copper plumbing but the compression fittings out there are useless.
