Sep 21,2017Needed a new boiler with very very short notice. Sourced the one we wanted at Low Cost Plumbing. Gave them a call on Monday day to confirm if they had it in stock. Stressed I needed it by Wednesday and was reassured it's a next day delivery. Low and behold it arrived the next day on Tueasday early morning! The staff at Low Cost Plumbing were very polite, helpful, calm and collective. Thank you guys, would definitely buy from you again and recommend you to others. Once again, a big thank you.

Jul 28,2017Terrible service. I ordered a Shower tray and was told it was in stock and would be delivered on the Wednesday. So I arranged a fitter. I was then informed it was not in stock and promised it would be delivered on Thursday. Again arranged a fitter who waited around, but all no tray. After phoning your company I am told the delivery would not be till 1400-1500. I have now lost total confidence with your company no one seems to take ownership or responsibility and follow order and delivery promises through. I think your company is totally unprofessional dis-organised full of false promise.

Oct 10,2017Shower enclosure and tray look OK, yet to have it installed, delivery expected on one day? Shower enclosure delivered the day before due and the tray the day after. Not a problem.
