Jun 19,2017Very happy with the radiators and best price in market that we could find. The team at Low Cost Plumbing were great throughout the process. Unfortunately we had some difficulties with the transport of the radiators which is subcontracted - late delivery; one radiator arrived damaged; the replacement was also delivered late so essentially it took over a week for all the radiators to arrive even though express delivery had been paid for. The Low Cost Plumbing team did what they could to help and were professional throughout. They also refunded the delivery charge and gave some extra compensation which was very much appreciated as we'd had to rearrange our Plumbers a couple of times due to the late delivery. Not sure if us being outside of the West Midlands had an impact on the delivery, however from other reviews it does seem that maybe we were unlucky.

May 28,2017We returned from a weekend away, excited to see how the new shower unit looked in our bathroom. We were disappointed to find that the wrong unit had been supplied and was now fitted, not the look I was going for. I messaged Low Cost Plumbing who replied to me immediately and couldn't have been more apologetic. They offered me several solutions to try to resolve the issue. Unfortunately the unit was already installed. It would have caused a lot of mess and upheaval to remove the unit so we agreed a partial refund would be the best solution for all. We can't fault this company on their customer service. They clearly wanted to make sure we were satisfied with the products and services they provided. Tip - check what has been delivered is what you ordered.
