Ordered a part I was finding hard to get from elsewhere. £50 cheaper than anywhere else and the best description of dimensions which made us sure we were ordering the right part. We're not plumbers. We're far from it and just needed a new shower tray. It arrived double quick and is ready to be installed. Great job!

After I make a order, got a call back saying that they not deliver to work address? what????? because the billing address is deferent. Wrong.

I searched everywhere for a gas flue mesh guard and could not get one anywhere local, so I went on-line and found one to match my old corroded one exactly to spec, through Low Cost Plumbing, ordered it there and then and it arrived less than 24 hours later just in time for my next gas service,absolutely brilliant service.

Brought a boiler after calling to ask when it will be delivered. I gave the item number and was told it would be the following Wednesday which was perfect. Was told to order it online as payment can't be taken over the phone. Ordered online and within the hour I received a phone call to say the item had been discontinued. The website was out of date. I was then told the funds wouldn't be back in my account until the bank had done it, which meant I had to wait until Monday (this happened on a Friday) until the funds were available again for me to order another boiler from a different retailer. Very inconvenient as I was hoping to have the boiler in time to fit into our new house we move into this Friday, but now we are having to live with family until the boiler is installed.
