Jun 04,2014The radiator ordered was of a size that is not usually held in stock by most stockists, however LCP did stock it and it was despatched within 24 hours of placing the order. The radiator arrived fully wrapped and protected against any damage. Excellent service.

May 25,2014Product requested, urgently needed on 2 days from order to delivery. Item wasn't in stock so they contacted the suppliers and got it dispatched direct within timescale. Also it was cheaper than other websites. We are Trade and deal with such companies on a regular basis. This was the first time we had dealt with this company as the item was not readily available elsewhere. Ironically we have been trying to get a refund for damaged items delivered by another retailer and it has taken them 4 weeks to get them to collect the damaged stock and I am still waiting for a refund of £200. I REALLY WISH I HAD GONE TO LOW COST PLUMBING SUPPLIES FOR THAT ORDER TOO- In future I will always try to source materials via them first. Low Cost Plumbing Supplies have been a very good FIND for us.

May 02,2014Ordered a Telford Tempest indirect 170L water tank which was competitively priced. Delivery could have been quicker but as it was free, I'm not complaining. Communication was very good - via email and telephone confirmation of delivery times as promised. Item was well packaged, although I've never liked the disclaimer that you need to check the item prior to signing for it as everyone knows that delivery drivers won't wait and the box was too big for me to unwrap within a couple of minutes! Tank is installed and working well - so all's good so far........would use this company again if the price was right.

May 01,2014dear friend I was very impressed with the range of (reasonable priced) boilers you had for sale on your wad page. This is what motivated me to buy from you. surfing around your page was quite easy, and the link to your face book page (which I found very helpful and amusing) is a useful selling aid I think. your delivery man was very helpful and friendly. so far as I can see, the boiler reached me undamaged and the delivery was coordinated perfectly. there was two things that disturbed me however: the first is that, when buying the product online, your delivery charge was somewhat obscure and I did not become aware of it until the last moment, when paying for the product. the second point is that you gave the impression that delivery was the next day I had too wait several days however to receive the product. having said that. the overall experience was satisfactory.

Apr 24,2014I purchased the Telford Tempest 170l solar indirect unvented cylinder from Low Cost Plumbing as they had by far the best price I could find. Adam contacted me promptly to advise the delivery date, then contacted me again when the manufacturer delayed the shipment due to the bank holiday; the cylinder was delivered on the day promised. All in all, great communication leading to a very satisfactory purchase and a happy customer.

Apr 19,2014I ordered a Telford unvented cylinder cheaper than anyone else on the web and got a quick response . They were unable to deliver to site but notified me of this fact before the order was confirmed. The courier failed to call me one hour before arrival as promised by Low Cost Plumbing but waited for me to meet them . Overall very happy with product and seller, only just satisfied with delivery.
