When we reached Sydney the bags were collected by a Luggage Forward representative and were delivered to us at home the day after we returned. We’re really spoiled by Luggage Forward!

Every aspect goes as predicted, scheduling the luggage pick, making the payment on line, tracking my luggage to destination, delivery of my luggage to the cabin on the ship, coordinating with the ship for pick up at either end of the cruise. Feb 26,2025The process online is a bit confusing, especially if you are trying to retrieve luggage from another country (in this case, Princess Cruises in Sydney, AUS). We live in the US and there were several mis steps involved in getting luggage tags and customs clearance for the luggage, having to rely on Princess Cruises to do the work on our behalf.
