Lulu Guinness was founded in 1989 by its then 29-year-old eponymous designer. Since its conception, the brand’s intention has always been to create playful and striking designs that empower the women who wear them.
Lulu Guinness designs are regularly seen on the arms of trailblazing women, such as Kate Moss, Adwoa Aboah, Emma Watson, Poppy Delevingne, Paloma Faith, Helena Bonham Carter and Dita Von Teese. These are women who embrace their own strength and femininity, and are never afraid to push boundaries with their sense of style.
Influenced by one-of-a-kind creatives, such as the Surrealist fashion designer Elsa Schiaparelli, the brand is known for its light-hearted, playful and timelessness spirit – which the Lulu Guinness women have.

Dec 12,2020I ordered the same mask twice, I got in touch with customer service and Sinead replied, she could not change my order but could cancel and issue a refund. I asked her to do this, she then informed me that DPD had picked up my parcel, she then recalled it from DPD. Which I think is fantastic service, they could have just left it down to me to return it.

Dec 10,2020I had a query regarding a bag I had seen on an email but couldn't find on line. Lucy emailed me when the bag was launched so I could be first in the queue to purchase. Now waiting with baited breath for my bag to be delivered. Christmas present to me!!!!

Dec 06,2020Sinead dealt with my issue very efficiently with excellent customer care. She went the extra mile to help and I really appreciated her kind and helpful email communication. Best customer service I've received regarding a faulty item as Sinead tried hard to source a replacement bag, and when this wasn't possible, she offered very fair alternative options, resulting in an eventual refund.

Nov 23,2020I emailed on Thursday afternoon about a faulty product. By midday Friday, I had received a lovely response and advised that my replacement was already on its way. My replacement arrived at 8.30am on Saturday. To say that I am impressed, is an understatement. In normal times this service would be amazing, but in this strange times, I think Sinead went above & beyond. Thank you very very much.

Nov 16,2020I sent an email to Lulu Guinness asking when the Ivory Shell Clutch bag might be available. I received a very quick response from Lucy who explained that unfortunately the bag was unavailable but more should be received in 3-4 months time. Lucy very kindly said that she would take a note of my details and contact me when the bag can be purchased. She was very courteous and polite but above all very efficient. I love Lulu Guinness and she is a great ambassador for the brand. Best wishes Kim x

As the bag was a few years old they had no spare straps available but she managed to source one very similar and sent it out to me free of charge. This is an example of great customer service and she is a credit to the Lulu Guinness company. Will definitely be ordering from here again.

Nov 07,2020I absolutely love Lulu Guinness items! They are fabulous and I have just added the Handpainted Lips Face Mask To my Lulu collection. I really wanted to write this review to say a big thank you to Sinead, without whom I wouldn’t have managed to get hold of this much coveted item! I was so disappointed that it was sold out online and I’d missed it, I emailed the Lulu Customer Service Team to ask to be put on a waitlist and I very quickly received a reply from Sinead, who was so incredibly friendly and helpful! Sinead found me another design too, the Sketched Lips and Hearts Face Mask, which I was also lucky to get! I am now the very happy owner of these 2 fabulous items and to top it all, they were dispatched within an hour of my order being placed! Excellent customer service from you Sinead, you are an absolute credit to the Lulu Guinness Team and thank you to Lulu Guiness for the designs of these lovely Face Masks - at a time where it is so important to wear face coverings, you make it a pleasure to wear one and put a smile on so many of our faces! Nov 06,2020Sinead at Lulu Guinness was extremely helpful and sent me lots of information when I wrote to say the strap on my red Eva bag (always admired whenever I use it) had unfortunately worn out. This bag is no longer made but Sinead sourced a replacement strap which is not quite the same style but is the correct red patent colour and matches well. Sinead also sent me a link to the handbag 👜 clinic and suggested a shoe and bag company, both of which will be very useful. Sinead is a credit to Lulu Guinness. I will continue to buy Lulu Guinness products in future. Linda Tate
