Jan 16,2025The Grand Hyatt Resort - Nusa Dua was absolutely fantastic. Great food, great accommodation, fabulous location, excellent amenities and the friendliest staff I have ever encountered. It was a family holiday with ages ranging from 80 to 15 and EVERYONE had the best time ever. Couldn't recommend it highly enough

After selecting the dates that I wanted, the communication started off as automated, but quickly became more personalised, as I was assisted very effectively and professionally by Tanya. Thanks Tanya, your prompt responses and level of information provided was really appreciated.

Jan 15,2025I highly recommend Luxury Escapes - I was gifted a package and due to hotel room availability for the dates I wanted, there were some technical issues. Lychota was assigned to my file and was beyond incredible - no request was too much trouble and communication was prompt, professional, warm, empathetic and clear.... even to the point that Lychota worked overtime to resolve the situation! I got the room i wanted and more importantly, the dates I needed as I was very restricted in that space! I am one very satisfied customer and Lychota is an absolute asset to the team - thank you so much 🙏🏼☺️

Jan 15,2025Terrible customer service. We had an issue with the plane tickets that the airline could not fix. We were referred to luxury escapes who were shockingly useless - in fact it felt like they were actively trying not to help. Firstly we called their ‘24 hour round the clock customer support line’ and waited on the line for 50 mins without anyone ever answering. We also tried the WhatsApp customer support and received a very standoffish customer service agent who refused to offer any assistance, and in fact actively tried to avoid having to help. And they were rude. Part of a ‘luxury escape’ should include adequate - if not excellent - customer service and this let us down greatly, to the extend of almost missing our flights.

Jan 14,2025I was given a gift via Luxury Escapes for the Elephant Jungle Sanctuary in Phuket. Initially I had problems when trying to book as the dates had passed for the gift. I contacted the support team and was fortunate enough to speak to Imran M. He sorted out everything for me by getting the gift renewed with dates that I could use whilst I was in Phuket. He even booked the date and time for the visit for me which was absolutely brilliant as i was a bit stressed thinking I wouldn’t be able to go. I had the most fantastic time there. It was really humbling to be able to so close to these magnificent creatures and share in the feeding and bathing of them. You can see how well they’re looked after by the whole team. It was an experience I’ll never forget. Big thanks to Imran M for making sure I didn’t miss this.

Jan 13,2025Communication is poor. While trying to chase up an error made by Luxury Escapes to our booking, I wasn't able to get a response for 2 hours. In the end, Mark was able to solve the issue - but we'll see what happens when we go to check in to our accommodation. At the moment, I'm not sure if we'll actually get what we paid for - the communication I received was terrible. Too many people saying they would call the property and then call me back, but I had to keep chasing people up. The customer should not be spending their time chasing up errors, when they have booked, paid and done everything right on their end. To further add- on check-in we were informed by the Intercontinental Hotel that no-one had made contact from Luxury Escapes, and there was no note on our booking advising the mistake made by Luxury Escapes, or any attempt to rectify the issue. It seems as though this package, including Club Access, was sold unlawfully by Luxury Escapes. The only reason our booking was honoured, was because the Intercontinental Hotel was willing to view the information I'd saved and provide the extra services we'd been promised. This was terrible customer service from Luxury Escapes, with nothing but empty promises. The worst part - Luxury Escapes have my details but just can't be bothered following up. I won't be using Luxury Escapes again, I can't trust them.

Spoke to Lychota who arranged the change and then stepped me through the process and made sure I was completely satisfied. The level of service was very much appreciated.

Jan 16,2025Catherine was amazing. I tried to use a Gift Voucher for a tour and pay the payment charge of $2.83 from my Pay Pal Account. There was a check box to apply the giftcard I missed and the whole tour cost came out of my Pay Pal Account. Catherine immediately refunded the full amount to my Pay Pal account then applied my Giftcard. The whole experience was extremely easy and the refund was immediate. Catherine so nice about the whole customer experience.
