Luxury Escapes deals are such great value at hotels in central locations. Enjoyed our stay in Melbourne at the Pan Pacific, perfect location to walk to the city, catch the tram to the tennis and have access to the DFO and many dining options.

As we get ready for our upcoming trip to Thailand, I required assistance with sorting out our transfers. The forms sent to us originally were confusing and we didn't want to find ourselves stranded upon arrival. I emailed Luxury Escapes and had the pleasure of dealing with Cicilia B. She was a true gem and very quick to get everything in place for us. She was responsive, professional and understanding of our concerns. Thank you again Cicilia B. This will be our first trip booked with Luxury Escapes and so far the experience has been very positive. We cannot wait to enjoy our two weeks in Thailand.
Well, lamentable doesn’t quite describe it. Booked a family trip to Hawaii and we specifically looked for accommodation with kitchen facilities as we’ve kids and someone with dietary requirements. Found this 6-day package on Luxury Escapes which stated that there’s a fully-equipped kitchen in the room. We then paid a handsome amount of money for the package. When we arrived at the hotel we were allocated a room with no kitchen. Imagine calling them 8 times over 3 days and they assured you that it’ll be fixed on the day but nothing happened. I also spoke to the hotel front office and they informed me that all it takes is for Luxury Escapes to rebook us to the correct room. This might incur extra costs but it is Luxury Escapes’ responsibility to remediate their error. Luxury Escapes are obviously stalling - a lot of promises and assurances over the eight calls but the situation remains unresolved. This has ruined our holiday plans. Luxury Escapes are breaching the Trade Practices Act and I fully intend to raise this to the Ombudsman and ACCC. The company cannot advertise a product, pocket the money and then not delivered it. What should have been a relaxing holiday has turned out to be a stressful event. I would gladly give a negative star with a cherry on top if such grading is available!
I had a few questions regarding my upcoming trip to Phuket, I contacted Luxury escapes and spoke with Bryan B. He was most helpful and patient, he resolved my questions and put my mind at ease. I would recommend Luxury escapes, we have used them several times and always been completely satisfied.

Luxury escapes advertises a $699 two night stay at the Pullman Bunker resort in our local Sunday times on the 19/1/2025. Today 20/01/2025 i attempt to book this short vacation only to find it is not available, but they are certainly happy to offer a more expensive option. After contacting Luxury Escapes to find out why, i am told " These packages are subject to seasonal surcharges. Hotels may change accommodation charges depending on peak seasons, low seasons and events so we use the rack rate which is consistent through the year and 100% verifiable. It just so happens that with Bunker Bay that February is part of their peak season! " This simply comes down to false and misleading advertising which i will take further.
Bryan B from Luxury Escape assisted with my queries today. Bryan is knowledgeable and thorough. I received a follow up email to ensure all my request were handled. 10 out of 10 - excellent customer services.
I highly recommend booking through Luxury Escapes for future travel. My partner and I booked five star accommodation and had special requirements for our room which had been arranged with the actual property's reservations desk prior to booking through Luxury Escapes as we redeemed a voucher gifted by friends to enjoy a luxurious getaway.Unfortunately the property failed on our requirements as previously discussed and reiterated with them and were reluctant in remedying the error. Kathryn M at Luxury Escapes and her team handled the complaint on our behalf and took the added stress out of liasing with the property management any further. Kathryn M was very professional, kind, clear and concise as she negotiated a resolution for us. After this experience I will now only book through Luxury Escapes where possible.
