We booked a tour last year after chatting to a sales agent as we had specific needs. We fully paid for the tour in December 2024. The tour starts in 8 weeks. LE will not confirm which hotels we are staying in or confirm our itinerary. I am very suspicious as other reviewers have complained about the rooms they were given, no space for luggage and having to climb over each other to get into bed. Taxis are expensive, and LE have now advised that a taxi from an airport to a hotel is around USD 500. We hope the tour will be better than what we have experienced so far. And yes I've complained, but not received a response. Be very wary of this company
Luxury Escapes is our go-to when planning a holiday: fabulous deals on amazing locations, with lots of added bonuses, like free cocktail hour, buffet breakfast every day, a meal or two every day and other items. Staff are also so helpful if you need advice or assistance with anything. Today I was helped by Ronald S - friendly, patient and able to solve my problem in no time. Thank you, Ronald S!!!! I travel a lot and thought I would try Luxury Escapes as they have enticing deals. On the first booking they were disorganised and I had to chase them up to find out certain required booking information, but the resort was nice. Wouldn't have raised a review issue, but when booked again for another resort on the same holiday, booking had a number of inclusions advertised, that were confirmed, but didn’t get transferred to the hotel. Spoke to LE Customer Service, as was the case before, they gave nonsensical responses to justify the unjustifiable, just made up stupid excuses. Really disappointed!!

We stayed at the Tai Blue in Kho Samui in a pool access room. We had our own balcony and a reserved covered double cabana next to the pool which was great value. 3 separate pools, all nice, small kids at the top, middle is the pool access room pool which is long and very quiet, and the third pool is next to the beach which is the most popular. The beach is nice, albeit probably not the best on the island. But very swimmable. The resort is generally in good condition. Beautiful gardens, well maintained, and the rooms are spacious and clean. It is more adult friendly and probably lacks activities for kids around 12+. The staff are wonderful. Friendly and helpful, and we got to know most of them well, and they treated us magnificently. Breakfast was standard but more than enough given the size of the resort. We took the luxury escapes package which included all meals and free flow drinks. The food was of very good quality, but the menu for this package was lacking in variety, and the drinks package was limited in choice. You can comfortably get by, but this area of the deal needs to be cleaned up a little. You pay for the option upfront, so it needs to have variety. Drinks at the same price as those offered in the package are not provided as options. Food needs more options given that you are looking to eat in the hotel for lunch and dinner. We understand that there will be limitations under these packages, but from memory there was only about 15 mains choices (combination of eastern and western dishes) and with very little option if you don't eat eastern dishes. This needs a complete overhaul by LE in conjunction with the Hotel. That being said, the pools are great, the sunsets are breathtaking, and the delivery of service was as good as anywhere we have been. The location has a township just south of it which has some excellent restaurants on the beach, well priced, and are great for all when you head out. Hotel is about 30 mins from the airport - would strongly suggest getting transfers as the price of taxis is not cheap.
We were having some problems with booking start and end hotels for a tour of Japan we are doing in April. Both the start and end hotels were fully booked. I contacted luxury escapes several times before I spoke to Andrew N, he listened to our issue and advised me he would contact the ground team and see what he could arrange, if he was not able to book us into the hotels that the tour was starting and ending in he would look at hotels within a 5km radius, during this process he kept in touch. He called back several days later and advised he could book us into the hotel required. His perseverance to get the best outcome for us is greatly appreciated. I would give 0 to Luxury Escape they’re the worst legit travel agency. They advertised fake and wrong holiday packages. I booked with them a 2 bedroom club room full board & extraordinary inc, I had to pay the whole amount because package is non refundable. So they have all the money now. They sent me confirmation saying the same title for the package I paid for, however when I called they said they didn’t have a clue, they said they will contact the hotel on my behalf but never heard back from them. So I contacted the hotel myself and they sent me few confirmation that booking is only for room nothing else. I have failed and called Luxury Escape many time no update no resolution. They told me they had a bug / an error and they’re doing their investigation. Telling is the team in Australia that needs to get back to us they couldn’t tell me when or help just using excuses we will investigate and sending me automated email with a case number. Also I have contacted the sales team before I made that booking and talked to someone called Jana E she told me to send her a screenshot of the package, then she replied explaining what we getting in that package in details, and encouraged me to book it ASAP as the good deals get sold out, and instead of 7 nights after speaking to her I booked 10 night. Now holiday ruined all lies.
We recently stayed at the Natai Beach Resort north of Phuket at Christmas. We had a wonderful time. My wife & I have been fortunate to travel a lot and I would say that this was the most beautiful resort we have stayed at. Calm waters on a magnificent sandy beach with a restaurant you could have breakfast with your toes in the sand. A large swimming pool with plenty of poolside beds and a swim up bar. Very friendly staff who looked after us exceptionally well. Unfortunately a few days into our holiday I had a minor accident which required attention. The hospital were incredibly helpful with my injury needing daily dressing changes. The hotel laid on a courtesy car for 5 days to the nearby hospital, this was all done within one hour each day. I could not be more appreciative of the service & friendliness of the staff.
We have used Luxury Escapes numerous times and have always found they have great deals and inclusions. We again booked through Luxury Escapes for a recent holiday to Bali in early January. During our holiday we encountered issues with our accommodation (no fault of Luxury Escapes) which impacted our stay. Luxury Escapes were easily contactable via online chat and assisted my wife and I to navigate through our discussions with the hotel management. It was my communication with Gemma E from Luxury Escapes upon our return home to Australia that has prompted me to provide this 5 star review. Gemma E made contact with us and assisted in ensuring we reached a very pleasing resolution in an extremely prompt timeframe. This type of customer service from Gemma E is why we continue to use Luxury Escapes when booking our holidays. Thanks again Gemma E!!
We have just booked our second luxury escapes tour and the service has again been amazing! The follow up attention to detail service we have received by their concierge team member Emily H has been so personal and brilliant, it’s absolutely seamless and such a pleasure dealing with such an efficient person. Everything is taken care of- pre tour accomodation and transfers she has helped me out with as well as all my questions regarding questions surrounding Visas and health requirements - very thorough and attentive to detail and the follow up service has been effortless on my part. Thank you to Emily! LE she’s an asset! We have previously done Vietnam & throughly enjoyed that trip and cannot wait to do this signature series tour to Singapore & Malaysia! Thinking already about the next trip for 2026!

Jan 26,2025Luxury Escapes regularly offers some amazing travel deals that really are unmissable. My husband and I have enjoyed 2 previous Luxury Escapes "deals" which made the holiday (even with air fares) very affordable. Both of these have been to Asia (Hoi An in Vietnam and Khao Lak in Thailand). Every aspect of our bookings went smoothly and we were absolutely delighted with the standard of both resorts we stayed at. What's more this is an Australian company and every staff member we've dealt with has been welcoming, helpful and informative. We recently discovered some "misinformation" about one of the "inclusions" in a promoted escape. On contacting Luxury Escapes their response was prompt and the issue fixed. As a goodwill gesture they even rewarded us with a voucher towards our next booking. Many thanks to Amalia A of the Luxury Escapes Support Team who took our concerns seriously and acted upon them promptly ... well done! This gives us additional confidence that we are dealing with an organisation that values their customers and takes their comments on board. We look forward to our next escape to Koh Samui
