Absolutely disgusted with you. The return transfer was booked for AFTER OUR FLIGHT… after the first transfer upon our arrival wasn’t booked either. 5 days of our holiday spent trying to sort this out with you. Over £35 spent in phone charges to be able to make and receive calls. Worst service ever… so far from LUXURY it’s not even funny. I have phoned and requested a call from a manager on Sunday 12 January 2025 anytime after 9am GMT. So after a stressful holiday that cost us over £4500, where we both got sick in a hotel where the food and drinks were poor, the ‘package’ was a joke and the adults only luxury description was incorrect, just like the bill was incorrect when we checked out because the LE package wasn’t properly understood or applied by the hotel, plus two failed transfers, we are now embarking on our return 22 hour trip. The only half decent thing about this expensive trip has been the flights, and they aren’t anything to do with you. Not even an acknowledgment following the dismal experience, let alone the manager call I was supposed to receive today. Will be making sure none of my acquaintances, business or personal, ever go near LE.

The 3* rating is for LE. Separately, a shoutout and thanks to Emily G for her prompt and proactive responsiveness, courtesy, and follow through. Her help went a long way in helping allay our concerns - within the significant limitations of LE as outlined below. LE’s overall proposition, its service operations, structure with multiple 3rd party providers with whom the customer must interact to connect the dots, planning and execution process, coordination and control, oversight, upfront clarity of essential information, seamless experience, and end-to-end accountability, collectively falls significantly short of what one would expect when purchasing luxury travel. It creates a lot of uncertainty and leaves a lot to be desired. This was unexpected. We have still to complete our travel and will revert with another review after that - hopefully, we’ll have a better story to tell.

Best deal for Sydney Staying at the Star with free parking and daily breakfast buffet and on top a $50 daily credit to be used beats all other places around Thanks LUX for this deal.

We had a very positive experience with our LE holiday to Sails in the Desert. Everything went very smoothly and was just as expected. I highly recommend this experience and Luxury Escapes, we will definitely use them again.

Really appreciate the luxury escapes support staff going above and beyond my expectations. I recently had an issue with a pre covid travel booking, where a technical issue my end had resulted in not receiving key communication. Kathryn M was able to assist. She patiently listened, and understood my dilemma and was able to negotiate a very favourable outcome. She kindly and effectively communicated, made no false promises and responded in a timely manner. Fabulous team member, can’t thank her enough.

I had a tricky situation that needed some extra time to work out a resolution. I was very happy how Cicilia B kept in regular contact, was understanding to my issue and provided a number of options to come up with a fair and reasonable outcome. We recently booked a Holiday in Bali and needed support for changes with the booking. What I thought was going to be difficult, was handled by an amazing Support member (EmilyG) and made the experience and outcome far beyond my expectations. In fact, it's restored my faith in Corporate Australia, having had some miserable customer service circumstances more recently. All credit to Emily G, who took the time, worked through the issue, came up with a solution and followed it through. Truly blown away. Thanks Luxury Escapes, and big thanks to Emily G. Cheers Ron

Please be aware to not use Luxury Escapes to plan and book a holiday. They do not have the expertise or service level to plan and execute a multi city trip. The communication channels are clumsy and slow and they refuse to escalate any issues even when time critical for travel plans. I had multiple issues booking a family holiday to Europe. Responses to emails would take a week or more. I spent hours trying to speak to a person on the phone and then often that person was unable to be of any help. Even though my issues/problems were valid and acknowledged, repeated request to speak to someone in senior management were outright denied. I have been using travel agents for more than 40 years and have never had an experience as poor as what I had recently with Luxury Escapes.
