I needed to make a change to my original holiday package and the LE team member Kathryn M was extremely helpful. She was able to solve the issue while I was on the phone and continually checked on me to ensure I wasn't waiting too long. Thank you for the excellent customer service.
Sadly due to personal reasons we had to cancel our holiday to the Maldives. I called Luxury Escapes and had the pleasure of speaking to Justin G who could not of been more helpful in giving me the cancellation options and promptly followed up with written confirmation via email. I've been using Luxury Escapes for a number of years now and have always been very impressed with the packages on offer for our short break hotels. As luck would have it, I realised that I had booked an up and coming trip to the Hunter Valley, only to notice that I had mistakingly booked the right date , but the wrong month. This was a non refundable 'early bird' deal and it was 100% my mistake. I contacted LE and feared the worse, not expecting any refund or date change. But after a few phone calls from Kristy D at LE to the hotel concerned, was able to changed the month for me, albeit having to very slightly adjust my dates. Kristy D, THANK YOU from the bottom of my heart, you were magnificent and so very informative about all you trying to do for me. I hope I get to deal with you again....especially if I make another booboo!

What made the experience great was friendly customer service, a call back when promised, and a follow-up email to confirm what had been discussed. I had dealings with Bill H (on 6 & 7.1.25) and Talula E (on 3.1.25). Both representatives were very professional and helpful.
Liza R has assisted us greatly in our predicament and we are very grateful for this.

Be very careful when you book with Luxury Escapes that you read the fine print. We booked The Star Grand in Brisbane for an end of January trip thinking everything would be open however when I was looking at The Star's website they had a very obvious notice stating that the pools, gym, sauna & certain restaurants and bars would not be open until late February. When I suggested to Luxury Escapes that they should highlight this they advised that it is in the fine print. I had to read the fine print 3 times to find it it was that will hidden.
Just finished resolving pickup and return transport for Bali trip. All good now and Madison G was "all over" making sure I had all the information from the transport company and then ringing me to make sure I was happy with the result.

My husband & I thoroughly enjoyed a recent 5 night stay at this beautiful resort nestled into the cliff side overlooking the Gulf of Thailand. The ambience & service was impeccable to say the least. We had asked if we could celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary in a special way & the F& B team especially Mic & chef Manee went above & beyond to make our intimate dinner on the sky deck very special for us & the Thai flavours & sushi platter were exquisite! The weather gods also were good to us that evening & the rain disappeared after a few drops! Our ocean front villa was lovely & housekeeping & the turn down service was great too. Enjoyed a couple of lovely massages too.. special shout out to masseur Tina. A couple of other waiting staff ( Aonny & Bee) at the Moon & Height restaurants were very good too. If I were to pick on anything negative it would be that some restaurant & front office staff need to be trained better in simple spoken English. Overall a lovely break at Silavadee!

We noticed several emails that appeared to be scams requesting confirmation of our accommodation booking, prompting us to take proactive steps. We went to the Luxury Escapes website and tried to contact the resort, but unfortunately, the email address was unrecognized. Recognizing the need for clarity, we reached out to Luxury Escapes and were fortunate to speak with Imogen B. Her support was invaluable, providing us with the reassurance we needed. Imogen confirmed our booking and took the initiative to request an official confirmation from the resort. Our experiences with Luxury Escapes have consistently demonstrated the importance of exceptional customer service, which motivates us to continue booking our travels with them.
