I’ve used Luxury Escapes quite regularly for travel - the change of mind and save for a later date features are helpful, the inclusions a nice bonus, and the ability to speak to real people for assistance is the big drawcard. One call out that prompted this review is to Sebastian R who helped me with a booking we made with a Lux Partner on the Luxury Escapes site, which I hadn’t realised meant it was through a 3rd party provider. The confirmation we received did not reflect what had been advertised when we were searching and comparing properties, and the 3rd party was unresponsive to our requests for clarification about our booking. Sebastian R came to the rescue late in the night when our free cancellation was about to come to an end to search for further details from the property, reach out to them directly and multiple times, then follow-up on our behalf over the Xmas/NY period to obtain a response and provide reassurance that if the 3rd party didn’t come through to amend our booking to meet what what had been advertised, Luxury Escapes would assist with a credit and helping to find alternatives for the busy period we are planning to travel. He was able to eventually sort the booking for us which was a huge relief and I greatly appreciated his personal attention to keep me updated on his progress and follow through to find a resolution. His customer service is a strong reason why I would continue using Luxury Escapes rather than other web-based travel websites.

Communication - emailed, left a message, went to chat & gave me a Case number - indicated someone will call back - 7 days later still no contact. Easy to get your money - hard to contact once they have it. Update - Yesterday - Finally, they called back after I left another message - had to repeat everything and they said they would call back in 10 minutes! I'm still waiting 24hrs later. I would not use them again. Unbelievable - This is not a Customer Focused Organization. Case # 03951588
We stayed here in December 2024 for a 5-night all-inclusive holiday booked through Luxury Escapes. We had originally booked the same trip in 2018 to travel in May 2020 but the Covid outbreak had other ideas. As you can imagine we were excited 4.5 years later being able to finally step foot in the Maldives. Mercure were kind enough to upgrade us from an Overwater Villa to an Overwater Pool Villa and we were so thankful. It was as stunning as all the pictures on the net. We had arrived at the end of the wet season, and it was still a little windy. Everyday spent there the water was getting smoother and clearer. As very active people I thought we may have got bored being stuck in one place, but wow, I was so wrong with that thought. We absolutely loved every single minute of our 5 nights here. Every meal, every interaction with staff and every experience surpassed any expectations we had. This was hands down, our favorite holiday. We will be back and stay longer. Thank you to Shia, Dharmika, Ali, Pubudu, Kunal, Kami, Allina and all the staff that ensured we had the best holiday. One word…..UNFORGETABLE

Lovely ,well appointed resort.Very clean.Magnificent beach and pools-plenty of sun loungers available .Good tasty food and an extensive selection of drinks and cocktails.Highly recommended.Would book again.
Our family of 7, booked a Maldives trip with Luxury Escapes. We actually found the hotel on Luxury Escapes' website and booked with them because the deal was better than we could find on our own. We saved almost 25% compared to booking directly with the hotel. Rob B. from Luxury Escape assisted with our booking and he was kind and patient. His patience helped make our booking experience. The vacation was amazing and was everything that we dreamed it would be. We’d definitely go through Luxury Escapes again!
I contacted LE to ask if the accomodation we are travelling to could accomodate a request of giving my sister and her husband a room next to my husband and I as we are travelling together. The promptness and the professionalism shown by TARA was amazing. I received an email informing me that she was contacting the hotel and then within 4 hrs she personally called back AND sent an email letting us know the outcome. THIS IS SERVICE!!! Thanks Tara
This is more about the website itself. I shouldn't need to sign up in order to see a detailed page of the experience or hotel I'm trying to look at. Fair enough if I need it for the 'exclusive prices' - but having a modal where I have to sign up in order to see the actual page is poor.

Jan 07,2025I was a bit hasty in the booking of a recent trip and needed to reach out to the Luxury Escapes customer service team to ammend the dates of my booking. As it was a flights and hotel package, it meant I had to speak to two seperate teams which I was initially concerned about but I needn't have been. The hotel team took the time to reassure me that my booking was fully transferable until April and Alex in the flights team was super helpful in figuring out the cheapest dates for us to transfer the flights too. It all got sorted out very quickly. Very appreciative of all that I spoke to.
