Jan 02,2025After my original complaint about luxury escapes answering my calls or replying to my call back requests. They did contact me ONLY after my review. They seemed to be helpful and understanding as to why we wanted to cancel our holiday due to the plane crash in Baku and our concern that it was the same airline and we didn't want to have the worry of getting on plane that could potentially be shot down. We didn't realise that Luxury escapes sell holidays at places of risk, its not a very good business model to potentially kill your clients. However as with most rip off companies they always have an excuse and cancellation fees that they don't tell you about. Which works out at over 50% of our original flights. This is my first and last experience using luxury escapes and I would advise anyone against using them and read the small print. There are much better company's out there.

Jan 02,2025I booked 2 rooms to stay at The Darling but my guest from overseas wasn’t able to make it which meant I had an extra room which had been paid for in full. Although we had passed the deadline to change the dates Kathryn M from Luxury escapes was extremely helpful and reached to the hotel to change the dates. With her help we are now able to use the voucher at a future date. Thankyou so much Kathryn M your customer service exceeded my expectations!

Today I needed assistance for x2 seperate escapes that are coming up and nothing was an issue in assisting me - Thank you to both gentleman being Nikita and Bill H for all of your assistance. There’s no doubt in my mind that it is the service you get from the staff that keep me returning.

Dec 31,2024I had a situation that was distressing for me, I had booked a holiday to Vietnam for my wifes 70th Birthday. When we arrived at the airport we were told we could get on the plane as our visas were incorrect, there was 10 of us flying and only 7 of us could go.I called Luxury Escapes the next day. I Talked to a lovely lady Kathryn M and she was extremely helpful and has been helping me with that same booking as the hotel wanted to cancel my booking as we did not arrive. I talked to Kathryn and she informed me she has only been with Luxury Escapes for a couple of months but she handled every thing very professionally easy to understand.
