Dec 30,2024Our 3 day package at the Novotel on Collins, included daily drinks, car parking and breakfast. We added to this a Christmas lunch at the hotel. What made this occasion truly memorable was the staff, all of whom went above and beyond to ensure our first Christmas away from home was indeed one to remember. Well done!

Amy S was particularly helpful in cancelling my accommodation booking, and transferring my credit to a family member to use instead. I found her very friendly and professional. I would recommend Luxury Escapes to others because I found that in a pinch, their CS team was fantastic.
