My case number 03974586 had been unsolved for around 2 week. Everyone I dealt with were lovely but after numerous calls case was still opened. Will B managed to resolve within 24 hour. Rang around 8.00 pm on the 29/01/25 he advised will call resort and return my call within 15 minutes, within that time he managed to get date changed for both rooms booked. Followed up today with a call and then resolved the request for upgrade of second room. His quick response was greatly appreciated

For two weeks I had been trying to change the dates with Luxury Escapes, on my existing booking to Hawaii. After several emails and phone calls I eventually spoke to Tara P today. She understood my frustration and rang the hotel herself. She was able to confirm the change of dates and rang me back within a couple of hours. She provided excellent service and solved my issue very quickly!!!
Everything with the trip went perfect, Booking was pretty smooth besides the sales assistant forgot to add flybuys, called up to add it and was told I was unable to but I ended up getting a voucher to get money off an attraction. Had most meals, drinks package and massage included for first hotel and some for the second, saved lots of money by having this include.

Having booked a Bali hotel and flight, I found that Virgin wouldn’t allow me to upgrade to Economy X as LE had not processed my payment. I rang their hotline - the system identified me as a member and I was first in line for an agent. Hazeem, the agent, listened to my request and stated it normally took 10-14 days for the process to filter through to actually paying for the ticket. However, he told me that he had expedited the cycle so it should show up in my Virgin account in the next 24-48 hours. I would then be able to try for an Economy X seating. Hazeem was very helpful and we await the results. So far, so good. Great service But wait…I now have my e-tickets…great job Hazeem!
