I've worked with the guys at M247 on a recent VoIP project, and they have been exceptional We had many challenges during the project, and threw many curve balls their way due to the complexity of our setup, but time and again they rose to the challenge. After a much delayed migration (our fault, not theirs!), we are now fully migrated to Teams Telephony and everything is going well. I probably can't mention names but R and R, who we met weekly for updates, couldn't be more helpful. We'll miss our regular updates!
This is the third time I've worked with M247 and have them provide connectivity services to a new office location. The install was a particularly complex one, M247 support & communications throughout the entire process was excellent. Their engineers did a very tidy professional job. I'd not hesitate to use them again in future.
They are lucky I cannot put no stars as that is what they will get from me. Where to start... well, a faulty disk at M247 occured about mid September, this has to be critical like a Severity 1 incident, email sent to them when they surely should have a monitoring in place as they say they have, no reply for a month and a half, even called them 3 times and I couldn't speak to anyone. The M247 website says: With 99.95% up-time and proactive network monitoring, problems are extremely rare, but if a M247 customer does experience an issue, we promise to fix tier 1 incidents within four hours. This is crazy for a company to treat its customers that way. I would not recommend going with them, you will find cheaper place to put your critical server in the cloud like Azure (portal.azure.com/) or AWS (aws.amazon.com/) and have a reliable source of backup instead like Backup Systems Ltd (backup-systems.co.uk/).
No Communication at tall!! Since 30th September when I logged a call, no-one and I mean no-one has returned a call or even an email!! Just the usual automated response with a case number. I've called 6 times and not one return call. Just want my clients login details, so simple but oh so hard for them to deal with. Definitely not unrivalled customer support, it's no customer support but we'll keep taking your money!!
Useless. I had several accounts with eHosting and all was going very well, the service was very good and their customer service was excellent. then they got taken over by M247 and it all went rapidly downhill. A very poor service, and next to no customer service. Now they've mixed up all of my accounts, and are sending threatening emails for payment. Time to cut my losses and move to another hosting service. I recommend HostPresto. Update: after they posted a reply below I emailed them to explain my problems. The response: "we are so busy we can't reply for 10 days". Now I wonder why their complaints line is so busy? FINAL UPDATE: M247 say "...responded to you on 29 September to resolve the issues". In fact, the solution was to transfer the domains to HostPresto.

Foul, they host continue to host child NSFW content despite my reports! world of vaira a animator called big green creates animations in which he claims characters are +18 lies. they are short, flat and thin. a child like appearance and this monster animates them in sexual animations. needing to say they are +18 while looking like that is a pathetic excuse that fools no one. unless you are m247! I and a few others have reported this website to their hosting provider M247 SEVERAL times and nothing ever gets done about it!! the last hosting provider world of vaira had removed the website on the very same day my friend reported it on. that was 06/28/2022. m247 clearly supports child abuse content like this and i want to give them this review to let them know of my disgust at them. Says they are based in Germany, last time i checked that country has laws against hosting such content. I am more sickened at the fact they have gotten multiple reports and STILL continue to host a website that animates depictions of minors engaged in sexual acts.

Support maybe okay if you're in Manchester, poor if you're in Birmingham. We had an outage and an engineer had to drive down from Manchester to replace equipment. Wrong equipment was sent with engineer, had to wait until the next day for another engineer with the correct equipment to arrive later. Fix therefore took longer than the 4 hours on SLA. Recompense is never worth it.

Appalling. Invoiced me twice for the same domain name. I paid weeks ago and they still havent acknowledged it or resolved. Nobody in credit control even answers the phone. You just cannot resolve it with them. Pathetic service - should be ashamed of themselves.
Yet another company that does not have decent customer support or even a decent service. I have been with this company from when they were known as Ehosting and have now morphed into many other names (M247). When you are hosting a online business you need instant support , they want you to send them a email ??? I have been on the phone now for 30 minutes and spoken to 4 people none of whom were technical and each one asked me to wait while they tried to get a engineer to help me. I do not recommend this company ,
We have an existing VOiP system with M247, we purchased 1 additional license in Jan to cover for a new starter joining end of Feb. We paid for the license and its now 4th March and the license has not been assigned to our account. we logged a ticket and have email correspondence with that number, but when we try getting hold anyone they cant locate a ticket number and are unable to help. Tried contacting our account manager and have had no response on phone or email. Tried logging a complaint and was placed on hold for a recorded time of 23 minutes.

Nov 28,2022I wrote a 1 star review last year and didn't learn my lesson. A year ago I wrote to avoid this company and couldn't get out of contract. Right now, our business which relies on having access to social media for the biggest brands in the world, can't access the internet. This is basically a regular occurrence with this company. Do not waste your time or money with them. Their customer support is virtually nonexistent, quite similar to their coverage/internet providing service!
