Dec 23,2024Zero customer service. I called in early November to inquire about Line of Sight Internet for one of our clients. I was promised a callback, but that did not happen. I made two further calls, reminding the same agent that I had a client waiting. Finally, today, I received an email saying they could not provide service. If I ran my business with such an apparent lack of interest, I would have no business. Pathetic!

The Advanced engineer Dave Spreckley had us up and running in no time. great service, very responsive and provisional.
