Sam was very helpful and made the changes to the Firewall policy immediately.
Disappointing. The hardware M247 replaced they assured us would be fully preconfigured but the job was botched knocking some of our tenants off thr internet just before Christmas M247 admit something went wrong but their response when asked to cover the fees of the contractor called in was mealy mouthed . Apologies for "any inconvenience" don't really cut it when it was m247s lack of care and expertise that caused this outage to some users on the network M247 promote themselves as premium quality. Unfortunately their standards have slipped from what they once were. The response from M247 lacks candour. The problem did not exist before they botched the upgrading of their equipment and the problem did immedately thereafter. I dont see how they can say the outage to some of our clients is our fault So on top of their incompetent handling of this they are liars too, Well that's my experience anyway
Very quickly supported us with an issue via the line providers. Was dealt with within 3 hours of us reporting the issue, and the tech support provided us with updated from the 3rd party supplier at each stage in the process.
Raised a support case for a simple change request on hosted firewall service. Sam actioned my request and confirmed back very quickly.
