Nov 12,2019We've been with m247 for around 4 years now, with services like dedicated servers on multiple continents, leased private lines, internet lines, colocation, etc, and we've rarely had any problems, if at all. In the event a problem did arise, their support engineers quickly helped us out in figuring what's wrong, and worked pretty fast toward a solution. Their tech support is good, they're pretty fast and responsive to any request 24x7. Sales are not afraid to go off-script for custom solutions, and give off good prices. We also had the chance to visit their colocation facilities as well, and were impressed on the length they went to ensure they can withstand any problems with their power supply, air conditioning units, fire prevention systems, etc. Everything is new and well maintained. With the experience I've had with them over the years, I've always recommended them. Keep it up!

Great dedicated servers, bandwidth and uptime and one of the best customer support I've seen. 4 or 5 years ago they even helped me with some custom solutions for a streaming platform and everything went really amazing even though I was getting Iike 200k unique visitors per day at that time. Oct 16,2019We at Digital-VM are using M247 especially in Asia alongside other 2 providers in the region and the differences are massive. M247 Asian network, for the price they are selling is one of the best I've seen. Yes, it is not cheap, but quality is very good - if you need it. Their support is trully 24 x 7, as we are usually on the Asian time zone, we need that desperately with any provider!
