I've used M247 for many years over different companies. When I needed a new internet line installed at our new office, I took a look at other suppliers but decided to keep with M247. The reason being, M247 customer service is perfect, especially dealing with Richard O'Neill. When I have an order placed, Richard will keep me updated at all times and saves me from having to chase up for progress. He is very polite and a pleasure to deal with. He appears to care deeply about our orders and smashes out any issues that get in the way. When I have had issues in the past (mostly due to factors other than M247), M247 have kept me updated at all points and gave very realistic times for fixes. This helps massively to set expectations with staff and in turn eases the pressure when we do have an issue. With that said, I may have had about 3 issues in the 7 years I have dealt with M247 (and that include new line installs) - all were resolved promptly. I would highly recommend M247 to any business that needs reliable fast broadband. I've never looked back.

M24/7 have been an interesting supplier. Through the reviews you'll see 5* and 1*, and not a lot between. Well that's been our experience too. Initially crap communications, over billing, lack of joined up service, not appearing to give a damn. Then we got a change of Account Manager, and all of a sudden things are happening. The bills got sorted, the threats to disconnect stopped, and when we had a problem with the firewall blocking legitimate traffic it was sorted within an hour of being reported. So it's too early to say an unreserved 5* - but we're getting there. I will say that when the experience is so dependent on the 'front of house' that suggests some systemic weakness (this is for M24/7 to read and think about!) in back office processes - but overall our experience is now 'good' - moving towards 'very good'.

Our experience has been great! We had to very, very quickly get setup up with wifi and have an ethernet cable installed which we hadn't done previously as we knew it could take up to 90 days to do so. However, our Account Manager at M247, Hammad Uddin worked wonders with our IT guys to get this all installed and up and running within the 30 days we had to get this done in.

This time I had a direct answer to my very simple question. I was trying to find out when the M247 router wold be switched off, as I have to change to another provider about 27th March 2023. The kind and helpful person, Luc, who was answering me gave me 31st March. It was such a relief - instead of closing my case and opening a new one, which had happened before.

We ceased working with M247 in 2020 due to the ever declining customer service levels. Despite us changing to another provider and M247 knowing about this, they have continued to charge us for one of the managed switches despite the fact they no longer provide connectivity. To re-iterate....NO internet traffic passes through it! We have contacted on countless occasions....credit control, customer care etc etc and no one ever sends a reply or gets in touch to conclude this matter. Also, on one of our other buildings they have still not attended site to remove their equipment.....again, despite requests. We are now looking at hiring the necessary high access equipment....cherry picker etc to resolve this. M247, this charge will of course be passed onto yourself and will far out weigh the amount you insist on sending us statements for!

I have worked with M247 for many years and found their support team always on the ball. Recently we had and issue and I spoke with Kenny and his colleague James who kept me informedand resolved my issue in an instant. As always the support is exceptional with speedy resolutions.

Been working with M247 (Metronet) on both Connectivity and VoIP projects for over 9 years. Emma Smith and Rob Boardman always helpful. Management take onboard feedback both positive and negative and respond accordingly.

The team at M247 really helped us through our implementation of our new MS Teams Phone System. Craig went out of his way to help and we delivered the project on time much to the delight of the business. Craig explained everything to me and it was a seamless process / project.

The worst customer service I have ever experienced. Absolutely shocking. Their accounts department cannot even understand basic maths. A disgrace of a company with staff who are so rude, they simply don't give a damn. They have a seriously bad attitude. They overcharged me for a late payment and then preceded to be incredibly rude and obnoxious towards me when I proved that they had overcharged. Honestly, perhaps the worst company I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. Do yourself a favour and avoid at all costs, they are utterly terrible in every way.
