Our issue was dealt with quickly and efficiently from start to finish. We were kept up to date by both email and telephone by Cade.
We had an issue with members being unable to access our WiFi services onsite. Service call was handled well by Alex who was able to diagnose the issue and effect a quick resolution. Issue was resolved very promptly and efficiently.
We have had a couple of issues with our internet over the past few years, but I am always satisfied with the support and efficiency provided by M247. In particular, there is one technician called Lee, who I always try and get out whenever we have an issue. He is a true asset to the company, and nothing is ever an issue with him. He has helped us solve 2/3 problems now, and we couldn't be happier. Keep it up Lee!
We signed a DIA service with M247 because we would like a quicker deployment, as the previous tenant in the same office was using the service, too. It was all a good service, and we both had been communicating effectively until we reached the arrangement of the installation phase. In the recent month of communicating with Richard, it seems like we couldn't reach a mutual understanding and expectation with the ISP team, too. Emails and calls had been back and forth, but still, we received unexpected calls in the early morning saying the ISP team arrived at the premises without notice. We wonder what went wrong and hope M247 can continue to deliver fast and efficient service for a quick win.
Shocking company with appalling customer service. Refused to disclose their customer who has spammed me with 1000 emails from servers they manage. Refused Subject Access Request. Complaints/Compliance are blatant liars comtradicting their own abuse team. They protect unlawful email spammers instead of helping consumers seek legal action.
We needed a good service and needed it quickly. Nick Grayson made it happen. Great service, kept us fully up to date. Would fully recommend!
We've been using M247 for our DIA deployments since 2019... the service has always been incredible. Even with elements which are often outside of M247's control (I.E. OpenReach, VMB installation contractors) they have each and every time done their very best to deliver our circuits in accordance with leadtimes - often before. The service from enquiry through to delivery is handled by a professional, punctual and friendly team. Our account is managed by Julia, who goes above and beyond ever time to offer solutions in accordance with our expectations - always superb. From a provisioning standpoint, I have to also give tremendous kudos to Richard from the provisioning team... he's just delivered a solution for us with another in the final stages of delivery - his communication has been superb, keeping us informed every step of the way and coordinating with OpenReach via the supplier to ensure there are no avoidable delays with delivery. We pride ourselves on customer service for our clients, having a partner like M247 that we call trust is invaluable... we'll be continuing to use them as our primary network provider. I've had the pleasure of dealing with Nick Grayson, one of M247s delivery team, for a many months now. Nick has excellent insight into the industry, brilliant knowledge of networks and best solutions, and also first class customer service skills. He has been pivotal in building relationships and understands the importance of having a customer centric mindset in everything he does to achieve the right outcomes.
The communication from the provisioning team was outstanding! I had the pleasure of working with Ho-Yin Wong and Chris Williams, who were truly delightful to collaborate with. They processed my order promptly and were incredibly responsive and supportive throughout the process!
I have an ongoing connectivity problem. When I email ticket@ I'm auto re-directed to webhost@. When I email webhost@ I'm auto-redirected to ticket@. Going round in circles. Emails to customercare@ are auto acknowledged, but nothing else happens. Meantime, I am prevented from accessing certain websites because of a probable server error (it happened before). M247's customer service is lamentable. I'm posting here as a last resort.
Helpful and knowledgable Log a ticket for some minor changes Had some issues on my side and the support guys where more than accommodating for any changes, kept me in the loop at each stage.
They are all down to earth, have lots of time for you, and are always helpful anytime you contact them. We really enjoyed working with M247.
Working with M247 has been an absolute pleasure. I have worked with other providers but M247 really have taken the headache away from me in the way they operate. They call when they say they will call, they do what they say they will do. I think they need to train other providers on how to deal with customers. There is no perfect provider as we all know but in my opinion, M247 is as close as it gets...I found them on a google search and glad i took a chance. Special shout out to Helena who is superb at her job, very friendly and professional, i call her 'God' & Will, my account manager, very patient and understanding, he was my gateway into M247, im glad my google search brought me here...all my business will go in their direction from now...Well done M247

Due to organisational changes, we required support from the Voip team. Dave in particular has been extremely supportive throughout, keeping us updated with changes and adapting ways of working to suit our business needs. Excellent customer service received.
