Nov 27,2023Andrew at M247 was very responsive and helpful. When I called technical support with an issue in locating the circuit at a property. While Andrew wasn't familiar with the property itself and location of circuit, he was able to identify the location of the circuit, send me details on the modem type along with pictures of the device and the port details. Based on this detailed information we were able to locate the terminated circuit and patch into our own WAN management router on site. Thanks Andrew, fantastic job. Keep up the great work

Another great thing is getting email updates for changes, updates and upgrade scheduled for the infrastructure ensuring customers have time to prepare or find a way to avoid effects from the disruption. over they have been great overs 5+ years
