David Graham who represented me was always courteous, professional and explained complex issues in a simple and informative way. What impressed me was the speed and efficient manner in which he worked. Always keeping me informed and providing constructive feedback where appropriate. I have been so impressed with this firm that I recently engaged them to undertake some conveyancing work on my behalf regarding the purchase of property. Ive been kept up to date of all changes through out my insurance claim and always felt like nothing was too much trouble for them and that they genuinely care about their clients. Anthony has been brilliant through the 3 years of dealing with him and it will actually be a shame not to be in regular contact any more. Any problems you have just give them a call. you really wont regret it

Oct 08,2014I was advised by a friend to try Macks solicitors & I am really pleased I did,from my first visit they made me feel as if they cared about my health & they assured me they would try & get everything that I would be entitled to (nothing more & nothing less)so I knew that I had chosen the right solicitors.Macks kept me informed every step of the way & I always knew what was happening,if I had any problems at all they told me they were only a phone call away which is quite reassuring from a solicitor.I do`nt think any other company would have dealt with me or my claim any better than Macks so if you want excellent service go to a first class company that is Macks Solicitors in my opinion!
