Nov 25,2014Injured in a road traffic accident where the third party not only denied liability they totally fabricated events. Paul and Allison at Macks were not perturbed by the oppositions stance and provided down to earth advice whilst never doubting my version of events. I have to admit try took the bull by the horns and for the most part appeared even more determined than I was to achieve the right result whilst providing regular updates usually on a weekly basis. There was never a need to chase them. Despite the odds stacked against me the hard work by Macks lead to an out of court settlement around one week before my case was due to be heard. An outstanding result and I thoroughly recommend Macks to anyone!! Thank you.

Nov 22,2014I expected a lengthy drawn out process when seeking a legal redress, with Macks though I was proved completely wrong. I received a professional, knowledgeable and prompt service, all the processes were explained in a jargon free manner and I was provided with regular updates. Mr McCarthy is an approachable friendly solicitor, who is obviously very experienced and provides a full explanation of all the options available. Ally also answers all calls and queries promptly and with a friendly professional and helpful manner. The whole experience was stress free and I was surprised how quickly the whole process took, they appear to believe in getting on with a claim and not getting bogged down in bureaucracy or endless chains of letters Highly recommended.

The case was not straightforward with many changes and setbacks. All calls, documentation and forms were handled and dealt with very quickly. Not as quickly as he could, he took time and effort to make sure he settled my case for what I deserved.
