Jan 19,2025Returned for second time to have the implant tooth sized and fitted, adding a root canal and crown to finish things off 😀! Once again we received excellent service from pick up to drop off 👍 the hotel was really good and right in the heart of shopping mecca, which was handy because it just peed down the whole trip. My first trip was to have a series of veneers and the implant anchor fitted for me to return in 3 months. My first experience was excellent and once again the Mcan team as expected were fantastic. I know I can be difficult but they assured me through everything and I have left there an extremely happy girl ❤️. Thank you Mcan 🙏

Jan 14,2025⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently had a hair transplant at MCAN Health in Istanbul and couldn’t be happier with the entire experience. From start to finish, the professionalism, care, and attention to detail were outstanding. I stayed at the Holiday Inn, which was clean, comfortable, and perfect for recovery. Cansu, my liaison, was fantastic, keeping in regular contact and guiding me through every step of the process. My driver was also excellent, ensuring smooth and punctual transfers between the airport, hotel, and clinic, making the whole experience stress-free. The procedure itself was expertly handled. The most painful part was the anaesthesia injections at the beginning, but once you're through that, it’s pretty much plain sailing. I was in the chair for around 8 hours, with a break for lunch in between, so I’d recommend bringing some headphones or something to keep yourself entertained. The clinic provided a good selection of free aftercare items, including essential shampoos and sprays. There is also the option to purchase additional products and supplements, but these are purely at your discretion and not pressured. The clinic was modern, spotless, and very professional. The aftercare instructions were clear, and the follow-up support has been excellent so far. If you're considering a hair transplant abroad, I can't recommend MCAN Health enough. Their expertise, attention to detail, and exceptional service make them a top choice. Thank you to Cansu, my driver, and the entire MCAN team for making this experience so positive!

Very transparent, great at communication and really make you feel that you are one of a kind and not just another patient. The surgery itself, long, which is normal went well. The aftercare they really cared about your results and how you are I recommend them

Jan 10,2025I had rhinoplasty surgery with Mcan on January the 28th so it is still very fresh but I can alteady say with confidence that I am VERY pleased with the whole process and my surgery results so far. My coordinator was named Kaan and my nurse was Gamenzur and they were both excellent all of the drivers were friendly and courteous too. I was corresponding with Kaan for months and he was always on hand to give me the information and reassurance that I needed, he was extremely professional. I met Gamenzur when I arrived in Turkey and she was extremely warm,friendly and knowledgeable. All the mcan nurses were great and I had a visit to the hotel everyday which was reassuring so early in my healing journey. Dr Altoparlak is a true artist and very confident in his craft he is also very honest with you about what you can achieve/expect. I would definitely rate this a very positive experience but please note you have to leave the hospital very early the morning after your surgery and I didnt know this and was caught offguard and also the nurses at the hospital were very rude and uncaring towards me when I woke up from general anesthetic but this was just 2 nurses and does not reflect everyone.

Jan 08,2025From the moment I contacted MCAN they went above and beyond to help me. I was able to ask any questions at any time they made me feel at ease. When I arrived in Istanbul the care was brilliant, from the drivers to everyone in the clinic. I did not have to go do anything, I was picked up from the airport and dropped to hotel it could not have been easier. Everyone I dealt with in the clinic was very caring and kind and I felt that they did their best to get the best results for me. The aftercare is also very good MCAN will keep in contact with you to make sure your recovery is going well. I would highly recommend MCAN

Cansu, my designated nurse spoke great English and helped with the whole process! Dr serhat did my facelift and highly recommend!

The nurse arranges everything with you and they give amazing advice. I am happy I chose mcan as it was a 5 star experience. I 100% recommend mcan as it was an amazing stress free experience.

Dec 31,2024I flew from Aus to Ist to have MCAN perform my mummy makeover surgery. After doing some research and checking with Turkish connections they assured me I would be looked after there. From the moment of first contact via the website the staff have been amazing and with me every step of the way for the whole 6 months of booking time. No question was left unanswered, no matter how small it seemed and the in-depth itinerary was easy to follow I was collected at the airport after the driver started messaging me on the plane to tell me he was waiting and he helped check me into the hotel Nurses came and helped me checkout again for surgery and I was escorted the whole way to the hospital with my nurse and driver My nurses stayed with me during bloods/dr consults/photos and surgery prep Then rechecked on me during hospital stay and back to my hotel room with daily visits and clinic check ups Every one has been beyond fantastic and I am feeling so loved I don’t want to leave my new family I am super happy with the results so far that I can see post surgery and looking forward to seeing it all once the swelling has gone I 100% recommend MCAN and will try and find more imperfections so I have an excuse to come back and visit them again I love you all Xxx

Dec 30,2024The operation went well, and I was in the best hands of Nilay & Gizem, which did the routine surgery in 6,5 hrs fra 08:00 to 15:00, with a lunch break 11:30, they worked simultaneously non-stop, and I called them my dream team, as they were so sweet to me. I was extremely satisfied with the service, and the accuracy of the information provided by Furkan (I had WhatsApp video calls) in sales and my nurse Hilal supporting me all the way before and after. Also my drivers was so nice to me and serviceminded. Quentin from Florida, was operated same time as me (his friend recommended MCAN with perfect result), so we connected and will follow each other on FB. This also gave me confidence of the right choice, besides all the great feedbacks on Trustpilot. I got 3875 graft transplanted and the healing process is so far great only 3 days after my surgery without much pain. Difficulty to sleep first 2 nights, but my head feels good and looks normal quite quickly after all the anesthesia, I was able to attend a get together dinner with friends the next day (Friday) in the evening. Now I’m taking care with foam and shampoo washing procedure and try to follow the post transplant activity guide for what I’m allowed to do. Looking forward for the result starting from 3 to 6 to 12 month final look. And I will post a new review at that time. I’m very satisfied MCAN does an excellent job, and I’ve two-three friends, which follows me closely as they want to try the same.

Dec 27,2024Hello everyone I would love to say that MCAN Health is the best hair transplant clinic, when I interact with them from canada they explained me very well about the procedure of hair transplant and make me comfortable, then I flew to Istanbul to MCAN HEALTH clinic they send his car to the airport for pick up and they drop me off to the Hotel then next day driver came to pick me up and I reached to the clinic, Miss HILAL is the lady who assist me so well for all the presses. She is so nice, she introduced me to the doctor and the medical staff then they explained the procedure of transplant so well and then they start hair transplant, it is little bit painful but they did so well and every half hour Miss Hilal came to see me and ask me if I have any questions for the doctor or nurses because there is a language barrier and she know English and Turkish both language so well so she helped me out there. And the very next day of transplant they removed the bandage and then she gave me some supplements, antibiotics and pain killers for my transplant area. Then after 3 days driver drop me off at the airport safely. I have only one issue of my scalp on the crown area is still numb and doctor said it takes like few weeks to get normal that’s it but Overall it was a nice experience. I recommend everyone MCAN Health clinic for hair transplant.
