Dec 26,2024MCAM I would fully recommend, They have made my journey and process very easy from start to finish. They are very profession and readable team which are caring too. They have seen me through out my adventure. I had 4500 graphs removed from the back and side off my head then placed in the front and worked to the back, I will have to do a re-visit to finish of the Crown and we’ll go back to MCAN. As going on my own to Istanbul was a scary thing they made it so easy with all the VIP transfers to and from airport, hotel and clinic. Once they give you the price for the procedure that is what you pay (there isn’t no hidden extra cost ). And a big thank you too Cansu how has see me from booking my hair transplant to the after care

Dec 26,2024The experience was far better than I expected, attention to detail and the constant contact and replies to all questions were outstanding. The doctor and the doctors assistant were professional and were very emphatic, Nurse Hilal was very attentive, caring and answered all questions. I would with no hesitation recommended MCAN to anybody who would want or need any procedure.

Dec 26,2024I contacted MCAN around early November after having seen and being recommended to them by a close friend who had his HT done at MCAN in 2019 and seeing the results he's had I thought they were definitely worth at least consulting. During initial consultation all questions I had were answered and was all described well and clearly. I was informed from the get go that I would need 2 surgeries which wasn't great news to me but they were open and honest and this set my expectations well moving forward. Day of landing in Istanbul, Cab driver was very nice and friendly. During the surgery day, the whole staff was very attentative to all needs and were very friendly and welcoming making my self feel at ease. 2 days after we popped in for the wash and post op procedure. My nurse Buse explained everything very clearly and very well. Since flying back my nurse has kept in touch and been available at practically all times of the day and has been a great help for any questions, results so far are as ive been told they will be. Hopefully at the full growth period it continues to be great. Will definitely be going back to MCAN for my 2nd transplant in 12 months

Dec 25,2024I’m really happy with teh experience at MCAN. Since I started my contact with them, the person in charge was always there for me to resolve all my questions. The drivers were really helpful and happy to help. The nurses another perfect part and important in this experience, they were and still being there in every moment, I’m so glad and happy for doing my procedure there I had 2 surgeries and I can’t be more happy to have it done there. Thank you again.

Dec 15,2024Mohsin Hussain I had a great experience with MCAN for my hair transplant. From the moment I arrived, everything was well organized. The hotel was comfortable, and they provided transportation from the airport to the hotel, as well as from the hotel to the clinic and back. The staff was extremely friendly and professional, taking excellent care of me throughout the procedure. They explained everything in detail, including the aftercare instructions for my hair. Even after the procedure, they stayed in touch with me via WhatsApp to ensure everything was going smoothly. Overall, it was a smooth and positive experience from start to finish.

Nov 30,2024I just had my second hair transplant surgery at MCAN. Although the results from the first surgery were better than I expected, I wanted to increase the density in a couple of areas, in addition to treating the crown area, which had not been done before. As always, the clinic staff was super attentive, from the second they pick you up at the airport, through the consultation with the surgeon, the skilled nurses and throughout the procedure. The five star care extends to the day following the procedure, when you go back to remove the bandages from your head and the surgeon does one final inspection to make sure everything is up to their very high standards. I can’t recommend the MCAN Clinic enough. If you’re in the market for a hair transplant, this is certainly the best option in Istanbul.

Nov 27,2024I've had such a great experience with MCAN. Recently had my 2nd hair transplant surgery as I needed some more filling and you could not ask for more from this clinic. Such great professionalism from the early stages and it just does not stop. Even though I had to travel to a different country, they made me feel like I was at home. From the picking up point from the airport, to dropping me at the hotel and checking me in and then taking me to the clinic where I was given great care and always been looked after. Even after the surgery the staff is making sure to keep in contact and any questions are promptly answered. I am extremly happy that I have came across these blessed people and with their help I am able to keep my hair and do college hairstyles again. Thank you, MCAN! You are the greatest!

Nov 26,2024I visited MCAN firstly in 2019 when I had my first hair transplant and I had a great experience from start to finish. I was really pleased with the results. Fast forward 5 years and I wanted/needed a second hair transplant in another area so I contacted MCAN who fit me in within 4 weeks of the first contact and looked after me given it was my second visit. Again, the experience from start to finish was great and I look forward to seeing the results. Hilal was great making sure I was comfortable and making sure we had all the information we need as well as being on hand to answer any questions on WhatsApp responding immediately which puts you at ease. The rest of the team at the clinic were really friendly from the doctor to the driver. I would definitely recommend MCAN!

My experience with Mcan Alana Clinic for my Hair Transplant from start to finish was absolutely PERFECT… From when I contacted them to coming back to London after my procedure has been nothing less than AMAZING… I cannot thank all the guys enough, I am truly extremely happy with my whole experience and it is an experience I will always remember for the rest of my life… I initially contacted MCan Alana Clinic about a transplant because I was receding in the corners of my hair, I was contacted by Hilal who was extremely helpful in providing me all the details I needed from the prices to the procedure to flight details to the itinerary to everything I needed to know, Hilal always kept in contact with me, always letting me know of any updates and reassuring me that she is always there should I need anything… Hilal was very friendly, lovely, caring and such a great help, Mcan sort out your flights, your transfers, your hotel, they explain the timings of everything, they are professional, have great communication and are very efficient in everything they say and do… On the day of the transplant I was picked up by a driver who contacts you beforehand to let you know what time they are coming, when I arrived to the clinic it was Jansu who explained everything to me clearly and in detail, she was very friendly, very professional, had a great attitude and was very clear too… After filling some forms I was greeted by Yașar who introduced himself as the doctor who will be conducting my procedure, Yașar was such a lovely guy, very friendly, very professional and explained everything in detail, he done a consultation with me to talk about what I wanted, what my goal was and Yașar explained how long the procedure would take, what it entails and everything else… After taking some pictures and a consultation, I was taken downstairs to the procedure room where Yașar introduced me to Cansu who was his colleague who will be assisting him throughout the procedure… The procedure lasted around 6hrs and through the 6hrs Cansu and Yașar made sure I was comfortable, relaxed, they explained every step of what they were doing, they made sure they done everything they could to ensure the whole procedure went well, I couldn’t be more grateful, thankful and appreciative of them… Once the whole procedure was done, Mcan also give you a very nice meal to eat before they let you go… Cansu and Yașar. He led to see if I was feeling okay, made sure I was not dizzy and also help you with your clothes as after a 6hr procedure it is possible you are feeling light headed and tired… Hilal explained the aftercare to me, including what I need to do, they also provide you with medication, shampoo’s, lotions, a neck pillow, a headband and also as well as explaining everything in details, they send you everything in document format via WhatsApp and email to ensure you remember everything… I honestly am so extremely happy with my whole experience, I lost for words at how great these guys are, they are all such beautiful, lovely people who actually care about you and want the best for you, they do not just want to sell the transplant, they care about how you feel, how you look and want to ensure they give you the best they can in every way… Anyone who is thinking of any procedure not just a transplant should DEFINITELY go for Mcan Clinic, they are amazing in every way and I will be going back to Istanbul to visit these guys and also bring them a thank you gift because they have been amazing with me from start to finish and I couldn’t be more happier… I arrived back to London on 24/11 and Hilal has been in contact with me in regards to the aftercare, as always Hilal has been PERFECT, she is so helpful in every way and I feel so reassured with Hilal as she has my best interests at heart… I want these guys to know I will always remember them for everything they have done for me and if ever I need any procedure Mcan is the FIRST and ONLY place I will go, thank you so much guys…!!!
