Nov 05,2020Ordered items on 28th October, received e mail on 29th to say they had been despatched. To date I have still not received them, and cannot get through to company telephone number. You advertise as next day delivery , so I am not happy !

Nov 05,2020Expected to receive a Condor brand tactical belt with licensed Multicam, instead, they had the audacity to charge so much to send brown knockoff belt. Only refunded product amount BECAUSE I COMPLAINED TO AMAZON. LOST MONEY ON AMAZON RETURN POSTAGE.

Oct 29,2020Excellent quality items ordered & received however delivery date was way off & the items did not arrive until 2 weeks later. Was repeatedly told items had been posted but postmark did not show this.

Oct 27,2020I order a pair of boots from them and they took 10 days to arrive despite same day dispatch and 48hr delivery service being stated on their website. When I called them, they said it was Royal Mail having problems but Royal Mail tracking said the package wasn't dispatched until 6 days after the order. The boots came up small and have been returned at my cost for exchange. 10 days later I'm waiting for the replacement boots. Have tried calling but goes straight to voicemail. I won't be using them again or recommending them. Update: 26 Feb 2021. So MilitaryOps reported my review to Trustpilot and tried to have it removed. Trustpilot investigated and found no issue. Turns out that everything I wrote was factual. They didn’t try to contact me or find out more about my issue. See my review title.

Oct 23,2020This is my second order through Militaryops. I ordered a camo shirt on my first order, which took almost a full month to receive. The shirt was good quality though. The second order was for camo pants. They said they would ship in 24 hours. I got a confirmation email they were on their way. Not so fast! I got a second email two days later that said the supplier was going to take 7-10 days to get the order shipped. What? I thought they were in stock? Militaryops then told me that it was normal for an item to have a 20 day shipping period. Really? Why then the 24 hour shipping tag slogan? Bottomline, I still have NOT received the camo pants going on three weeks now. Shipping is slooooow! This will be my last order from these folks.

Oct 12,2020Zero communication and Zero customer service. I never received a tracking link with my purchase. I waited a few days and now have sent 3 emails requesting a link to tracking. I hope my boots come. Not impressed with their lack of communication!

Oct 09,2020Ordered via Ebay a pair of German Para boots used grade1 not the more expensive premium. Late arriving and got lost in delivery. Guys at Militaryops responsive to problem. Then boots arrived was very please with product. No wear on uppers and came out as new with parade gloss. Sole shows a little wear on outside heal but otherwise plenty of tread. Also very comfortable so pleased.

Oct 08,2020Booking taken on Wednesday - email on Sunday saying refund pending, no reason why (suspect they never had stock) - actual £ back in my account next Wednesday - a week later. What a scam - if you don't have stock don't make the sale. ps military ops - don't make me laugh
