Jul 09,2020Not trustworthy and seems fake as I ordered trainers and after couple of days instead of receiving it I got refund without any explanation. Waste of time and they seems disrespectful as not having any communication to explain why they refused to send the item, as if they haven’t got it in stock they shouldn’t advertise it on line and not to waste buyers time. Not happy at all.

Jul 01,2020Ordered shorts and received the email saying they'd been dispatched, a day later I receive another email saying my money had been refunded. Because the money is pendi g in my bank I have no idea if its going to disappear or not

Jun 20,2020Ordered 'Supergrade' Meindl Mountain Boots which were described as 'Like New'. They were falling to bits, worse condition than the old ones they were to replace. Made excuses then promised a better pair within 24 hours. When chased they said they had "no decent condition boots left", although when I checked you could still order from Ebay and website. This company is little more than a scam, reported to Trading Standards.

Jun 19,20201st and last time I use them unfortunately. I placed an order with them and according to their delivery policy it should have been delivered in 2-3 working days. Almost a month later, 2 ignored emails, 3 connected phones calls and 4-5 calls that went straight to voicemail/messaging. I finally lost confidence in their ability to fulfill my order and asked for a refund after receiving nothing.. If they'd been honest with me from the start I probably wouldn't of minded so much but instead they took my order knowing they couldn't fulfill it and lied to me when I chased it. Grrrh. I did get a refund within an hour of asking for it which why this is a 2 star and not a 1 star review.

Jun 04,2020Waste of space company! Very difficult wouldent bother with the run around of it all! Ordered shorts for a birthday present to which the sent the wrong size. I then asked for an exchange for the right size and they sent me the wrong size again! Despite having written it on the first return slip. Then kept dodging giving me my refund telling me I had to open cases for them to be able to do it. I then had to say I would get Ebay involved if this wasn't resolved which then magically got me my refund straight away. Really appauled never would buy from again.

May 17,2020I ordered the goods for 110 pounds. I received a scarf and a hat instead of shoes. I returned all the goods to the company. The company wrote back that it had received the goods, they do not want to give back the money !!! Watch out for this company !!!

Feb 17,2020AVOID!!! They send me a crappy item instead of a 'supergrade' conditioned one. I returned it straight away but they have tried everything not to pay back the full refund (even though they promised they would). I needed the help from PayPal to get my money back.

Jan 17,2020Absolutely appalling service. I ordered two items, only one arrived and it had been replaced for a much cheaper inferior product. Contact response time was incredibly slow, I returned the item and after four weeks still received nothing back. I eventually received an email confirming my refund but was staggered to see that instead of the approx £15 I was owed I have only been paid £2.99. I am now deploying on an Op tour short of this specific piece of kit. I would advise everyone to shop somewhere else.

Nov 01,2019Brought these to go to iceland. Not only were they very comfortable but the gear i carried in the leg pockets stayed secured and comfortable against my legs. There was a couple of days bad weather (strong wind and rain) the trousers stood the wind brilliantly but the wind driven rain eventually got through, however once out of the rain the trousers were dry in 10 minuetes. Impressed me that much i ordered another pair. Great piece of kit.

Oct 29,2019After a mix up in orders (which was sorted out in minutes by customer service) I received my boots after six days and I have to tell you they are superb, except for slight wearing on the sole , these are as new and because the leather was already broken in , really comfortable., Very happy with this purchase

Oct 22,2019Order did not arrive after a week. After a quick call to customer services I received the item 2 days later. Only problem was the chest size was larger than ordered but was OK. This change of size was noted on the delivery note.

Jul 21,2020A scam as far as I'm concerned. Sold goods which are not in stock, ask me to wait 2-3 weeks, then stop communicating. Glad I used PayPal so can claim the money back. Go elsewhere, even if the prices are tempting.
