Apr 23,2023I bought my HX90G in November from the MinisForum site, based in Hong Kong on the presale. I just missed the cut-off for the first batch of HX90G's. It was eventually delivered in London on the 3rd January 2023 (as expected because I was getting one from a later batch). The service from FedEx was a bit poor, pushing the delivery date to the New Year despite it being at the delivery depot just after Christmas. Everyone at MinisForum were great. I kept in touch using Twitter DMs after respectfully raising a query. MinisForum contacted FedEx who contacted me to acknowledge the delay. There was a great follow-up and I was happy with the outcome. I am very happy with the pc. For those who might bemoan the lack of adjustment in the BIOS, I was fully expecting this, having previously bought an X400. The HX90G is much quieter and less power-hungry when used for day to day tasks. A thoroughly better buy.

Apr 23,2023UM690 Ottime le funzionalità Hardware come PC, potente, espandibile, molte porte + USB 4 ecc. Ma Case di plastichetta e scarsa ventilazione interna nello specifico nel vano inferiore con un SSD M.2 da 2GB ultra veloce e un SSD da 2,5" da 4GB ho dovuto rimuovere il coperchio e mettervi una ventola da 12cm. altrimenti le temperature andavano alle stelle!! Serve una Cover posteriore con ventola integrata!!! Pagati 35$ per la spedizione Duty Free, ma il PC è arrivato dalla Germania (UE), ho chiesto il rimborso ma mi hanno solo preso in giro dicendo che i costi di spedizione in Germania erano più alti e niente soldi :-(

Apr 20,2023I want to warn any potential customers of this company. I ordered HX99G for almost 1400 euro on March 22nd. The website says that it should be shipped from Hong Kong at the end of march and that it will take 16-23 days to deliver. I asked them after two weeks how is it going and if I can have parcel tracking number and then the festival of lies begun. On April 6th they wrote me that, quote: "The HX99G you ordered will be delivered in these two days, please wait patiently.". I assumed they meant in two days, so I waited. On April 11th I wrote to them again to provide me parcel tracking info because I was going away for Easter and didn't want the hardware to arrive when I was away. They didn't answer, I wrote another e-mail and they answered on April 14th giving me parcel tracking number (without even writing which company is delivering it). I managed to check on DHL site this number and it was some parcel delivered somewhere in Germany on March 15th, so clearly not mine. I wrote another e-mail and then they provided me with what looked like an honest information with another parcel tracking number (this was on April 17th) which said that the parcel was delivered on this day to their warehouse in Germany. I was glad and anticipated that they will send it in few days tops. So I wrote another e-mail asking for tracking number for parcel addresed to me when they send it and I got an answer day later (April 19th) that my order will be shipped from Germany around May 10th! So I ask again why will it take another 3 weeks, and what is the answer today? "Sorry, because the overseas warehouse is now out of stock." basically admitting they don't have my hardware in Germany and they just plainly lied to me in every e-mail they wrote. This is really unacceptable behaviour which I can't understand. It would be a lot better if they just told me that my delivery will be month late, I would accepted it and wait. But no: they lie and frustrate me every time. If the hardware will be as cathastrphic as this support I will be utterly dissappointed. SO: I would reccomend to keep away from them.

Apr 14,2023Absolutely shocking experience with Minisforum. Highly recommend no one orders a PC from this company. Ordered my NUCIX7 from them (32GB / 1TB version) for £1,099, just over a month ago. Did this direct through their website, specifically via the UK store, which clearly states a circa 7-8 working day delivery (to get through UK customs). One month later and no update whatsoever. I have sent two emails direct to their company email, no response…I also called the HK number listed on their website at a normal time (3:30pm on a working day) - no response/pick up. I have eventually had to resort to raising a dispute with PayPal to get my money back. Would I prefer to receive the PC? Definitely. Do I have any confidence it will ever arrive or the company will even respond to me? Sadly not. Ignore all the reviews of how good their systems are. Do not buy, unless you want something that never arrives. Go elsewhere!

Apr 05,2023Ordered Minisforum UM773 Lite AMD Ryzen™ 7 7735HS（Lite） / 32GB RAM+1TB SSD / US March 13. It was suppose to ship in 3-5 business days. Then told it would ship by the end of March. Still hasn't shipped, I've sent 3 emails and haven't received a response. BEYOND FRUSTRATED! I finally received my order and it works great. The product is good. Communication with minisforum needs a lot of work. If I had gotten replies to my emails, I would have given a better review.

Mar 21,2023NUCXI7's thunderbolt 4 fails to work. Reported to support, support does not respond at all. Now i'm stuck with using HDMI port and can't use DP from Thunderbolt 4.

Mar 19,2023Habe Minisforum EliteMini HM90 - 32GB RAM+512GB SSD / EU / Deutschland bestellt und bin/war bist jetzt sehr zufrieden. Leider Quietscht jetzt der Lüfter dermaßen Hochfrequent das ein Arbeiten nicht möglich ist. Er Quietscht zwar nicht ständig doch wenn ist es nicht mehr möglich zu Arbeiten. Mein Problem wurde schnell bearbeitet. Allerdings musste ich das Gerät erst verschicken und warten bis es vom lokalen Service überprüft wurde. Deswegen ein Punkt Abzug da ich mehrere Tage ohne Rechner war.

Mar 06,2023Directamente, puedo decir que me están robando. Una compra de hace 3 meses, parada en almacén de DHL desde el 17 de enero. He intercambiado muchísimos emails con ellos y solo dicen "estamos investigando, ten paciencia" (y eso cuando me responden, porque a veces ni eso). Estoy harto. 5 de marzo y ninguna solución. Tendrían que haberme devuelto el dinero y no lo han hecho. Encima lo peor es la sensación de impotencia de que no hacen nada ni muestran ninguna actitud por ayudarte. Estafadores.

Mar 02,2023Thin and powerful pc : all recent games in ultra graphics with max raytracing between 45 (for the most demanding ones) and 90 fps at 1080p (ultra graphics without raytracing is easy around 120fps). Perfect for retrogaming too with 4K ps3 emulation. Moreover, pretty silent device (don’t use extrapower button : useless (5 to 10 fps up) and noisy). Pretty cool machine 👍

Feb 19,2023la computadora es unica, poderosa, compacta y puedo usarla en la sala o en la oficina, soy de latinoamerica y despues de tanto buscar encontre a minisforum por aliexpress, llego muy rapido y en buen estado, las personas de la pagina han respondido pronto a todas mis preguntas, me encanta¡¡¡ ya que le uso para programas como clip art studio, photoshop y asprite, mi cuenta de steam y epic ya estan funcionado con mis juegos favoritos y esta reseña de hecho la he realizado desde esta mini pc, señortes es un excelente producto.

Feb 10,2023Worst experience ever. PC ordered on November 6th, with delivery expected by end of November. After 3 months from the order the item has not yet been shipped, no feedback from the support since weeks after multiple reminders. Claim opened with Paypal on February 4th: finally Minisforum answers me saying that the goods will not be shipped because I opened a claim with Paypal, but still I don't see any refund. Stay away from this seller.

Feb 09,2023Ich habe bei Minisforum DE einen HM90 Mini PC bestellt, aber leider hat er nach nur zwei Monaten den Geist aufgegeben. Ich hatte große Schwierigkeiten, den Support zu erreichen und als ich endlich Kontakt aufgenommen hatte, war es schwierig, aufgrund der schlechten Sprachkenntnisse und E-Mail-Kompetenz. Um alles noch schlimmer zu machen, haben sie mir fast 70€ abgezogen und begründeten das damit, dass sie einen kleinen Prozentsatz der Abschreibungskosten berechnet haben. Ich denke, dass es nicht fair ist, dass ich dafür verantwortlich gemacht werde, dass der Rechner kaputt gegangen ist. Alles in allem würde ich Minisforum DE nicht empfehlen, da es bessere Unternehmen mit besseren Dienstleistungen gibt.

Jan 30,2023Hatte einen MiniPC HM90 gekauft, der nicht einwandfrei funktionierte. Der Kundendienst bemühte sich sofort, den Fehler zu finden und zu beheben. Als dieses nicht möglich, gab es einen neuen PC der einwandfrei arbeitet. So sollte es sein!

Jan 30,2023In August 22 I bought a B550. It worked flawlessly for a couple of months but suddenly, the CPU fan started to run always at around 3000rpm. I wrote asking for support and after a few mails, despite almost 4 months had passed after the purchase, they replaced my faulty computer for a brand new one. Their computers are nice and solid, very quiet and decently made with good components. The only cons: in my first computer the usb connector couldn't get used for transmitting video and in the second one, there was no USB c connector (they had no B550 stock and asked me if it was ok another one), which is quite sad being in 2023. Anyway, nice products, good value for money and nice work there!

Jan 20,2023I found a great deal on a Minisforum UM 690 on Amazon. There was no information about a warranty. I tried to ask in the comments with no success and then emailed the company directly. I found out that for computers purchased on Amazon there is only the Amazon 30 day return warranty. Is this how the company stands behind it's products? Update: Minisforum initially replied that they didn't think this review was about their company (really?) I received my computer earlier than I expected and it is a great product. I am glad I bought it. Minisforum then replied that for issues with Amazon shipping I need to contact Amazon directly. It is clear they don't understand the issue and probably don't care about customer service. I am not sure I will be purchasing from them again.

Apr 24,2023While there was a longer than expected wait for delivery I am very, very happy with my Mini PC Venus UM690 which I pre-ordered. It's a fantastic, small but powerful pc and the update graphics processor is more than powerful enough for my use case - photographic editing and processing. It's quiet, cool and easily extendable using a dock or hub to enable a lot of external storage. I have no hesitation in recommending Minisforum if you are looking for a small, quiet pc and also want good value for money with quality components and excellent build quality
