Nov 29,2021I ordered a “cute Pyjama bunny hooded” in Pink F Color. But I got pink A instead. So a totally different set than what I bought! I’m really sad because this was a gift to my best friend with cancer, and I really wanted the gift to be perfect.. if modawoka sees this, do you think I can return the Pyjama and get the one that I instead instead of? Please But the material is still very cozy and soft, so no problems with the Pyjama.

Nov 27,2021They'll only keep posting the post to ask you to contact their customer service whenever a bad review left here. Then they ignore you again. They don't care because they know you can't do anything to them. This is a $200 lesson for me. Their items are very cute and tempting. Just be careful this site is very implausible, you're lucky if you got the shipment; otherwise, suck it up because they know there's nothing you can make them pay. --------------------- Be aware their customer service will ignore your inquiry. They will ask you to wait for few more days, then ignore you. So they don't need to issue you the refund. Just be careful with your purchase. When you order the bigger amount of items, you are in the risk of not getting the shipment. Also, the site will stall as long as they can to avoid issueing the refund due to paypal policy. Just be careful.

The only reason why I’m giving it a 4/5 is because one of the 4 items that I purchase is missing, if you guys can get back to me asap that would be great🙏🙏🙏 Edit: Just received my missing item and they are so pretty and comfortable also thank you for getting back to me very quickly.

Nov 09,2021I placed a sizeable order over $200. One of the items had an issue with the "quality" and they asked to send me another. I agreed to a larger size. However, I wished to return the other items I got and emailed support. They only offered a 15% refund and to be able keep the clothes. I did not want to accept that offer; I wanted an exchange. But the customer service never replied to that email or my follow-up email a few days later. Honestly, I'm shocked at the lack of replies from this site. I still want an exchange because I have nothing to do with clothes that don't fit properly and look bad on me.

Dec 18,2021I finally got my frog hoodie! It's so soft and fits just right. The first time I ordered, it got lost in transit and I emailed Modakawa about it. They handled it amazingly and resent it for me! Best experience, will be buying again after this review!
