Nov 01,2021I ordered a great Halloween mask with chains, etc. as a gift for my teenage grandson. Ordered on the 9th of October. Still has not shipped. Today is Halloween. Asked several times to refund my purchase, but no response except to ask me more questions and thank me for my patience.

Oct 28,2021The products arrived pretty fast and in well conditions. I had a problem because i chose the wrong size at first but it was solved correctly. I recommend if u need to contact with the shop check the spam inbox, gmail sometimes categorizes their mails as spam. Anyways, i highly recommend this shop due to it has a lot of cute products with a lot of sizes (i am 1'80m so i need big sizes) and even if it is a little expensive there is a lot of cupons to make them cheaper. I'd probably buy more products again.

Oct 22,2021Die Seite ist meiner Meinung nach absolut fair und die Artikel sehen aus wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Man sollte bei den Größen aufpassen, da es sich nicht um die europäischen sondern asiatischen Normen handelt. Es steht aber alles in den Größentabellen korrekt beschrieben. Auch Vorsicht, bei einer Rücksendung aus Eigenverschulden muss man selbst den Versand übernehmen, steht jedoch auch alles in den AGB.

Oct 21,2021Can confirm, I’m a real person and no one made me give this review, nor was my review bought. A lot of folks on here seem to be used to the next day delivery of Amazon and aren’t used to ordering from China. That is what this company does. They make Chinese styles accessible to the international community. There is a massive process required for items to undergo before being cleared to leave their home port. A process that can sometimes take weeks. So for those complaining about it taking a month, you need to be a little bit more understanding of the shipping requirements that must be met. The clothes are perfect for someone like myself who is just south 152.4 CM (5 feet), and who unfortunately weighs 40.8 kilograms (90lbs), wet. Anyways, the clothing I purchased was well-crafted, well packaged and fits me without any alterations required. The clothing is comfortable and exactly what I expected when it arrived. The only hiccup was my local post delivered my package to the wrong house which was not this company’s fault. The staff were patient as I explained the problem and were on hand ready to send another, if my package could not be found. Thankfully package was found and today I’m wearing a sweater that’s easy to clean, looks great, and doesn’t hamper my movement. 10/10 will buy from this website again. Also don’t panic, I just made this account to review this company. It’s my first review.

Oct 19,2021The set that i ordered was written Two Pieces Sweatshirt Skirt Set , but they only sent the sweatshirt with such a thin quality far from the picture, and when i wrote them, they insist my order was only sweatshirt. For return they dont allow to return to German address written as sender , instead need to send to China address. I was already charge for shipping cost and now i need to pay for the the return shipping cost too. Really bad experience!

Oct 17,2021Truly disappointed because I was looking forward to buying here again but the customer service is bad. They take long to reply back to emails. Please answer your emails, Modakawa. And no, do not ask me to send you an email when me and multiple other people have been trying to contact you. I’m getting extremely frustrated. ANSWER YOUR EMAILS AND GIVE ME A REFUND

Oct 15,2021I was really loved the styles and couldn’t really find them anywhere else that seemed more dependable or safe to buy online, yet saw a lot of people actually bought from them and wear them so I eventually made an order. I live in Japan had moved recently in the same city and noticed a number was out of place, so I contacted them ASAP and they corrected it sending me the new link for tracking. About two weeks later they emailed me that the color of the item I choose was not available suddenly due to the product being defective and asked if I wanted a different color, product, or refund. So then I choose a different color and they updated the link for me. Yet the link never told me it left the facility nor changed in anyway when they sent it to me. So I just assumed pandemic delays. Another two weeks later and then the link wasn’t working. I emailed them and a day or two later they asked for three days to find the product, and three days later they emailed me saying that the product had been lost in shipping, but they were happy to send me another product or refund. In the meantime, I researched on this site for reviews and though many enjoyed the product many also had problems with getting their products. So sadly I just decided to get the refund. And they sent it to me via PayPal though I paid credit card, which was fine. Yet they over paid me back, so I let them know and waiting if they have any suggestions. I don’t know if they usually struggle this much usually before the pandemic, yet it is from Hong Kong, which I can’t imagine them having an easy time right now over there. So I felt conflicted whether to keep going through with reordering. I just wish they were better organized and hope the best for them there.

Oct 15,2021I saw an ad on Facebook, but I was very cautious. I researched around and even found YouTube videos of people unboxing their orders from Modakawa.com. I saw the bad and the good reviews, and ultimately decided to give it a try myself because the good good reviews were good enough for me, and the bad reviews were things that were things that any company can have. The site was having a 30% off each item, which I heard happened often for limited periods of time. This saved me a lot of money. I basically got an item for free if you mathed it out. I ordered on Sept 21st. It shipped out on the 28th. I got it in the mail October 14th. Not bad. I did expect a whole month to go by before I got it. The quality is beyond my expectations. I heard it can be a hit or miss, but all my items were of high quality, so that's my personal experience. I love the beautiful designs on my items, and how well put it all was. It didn't look or feel cheaply made. The extra tassel decoration that can be hung on one of the outfits was well packaged so that it was in great condition as I opened it for myself. Loved it. I'm so eager to put in another order after this review, tbh. Just to prepare to receive it by November hehehe ❤️

Oct 14,2021Poor customer service. I made 2 orders. Both orders worth over $130 independently. I made these in late Aug and early Sept. Not to mentioned both order still not received. They replied their email slow. The link to track the shipping is broken. Having no means to track so ask them for update. Funny when I could get any reply from email I then whatsapp them, they still no reply for 2 days, when they reply, they wrote to me asking me to email or insta them for order enquiry. Right? Why you write down your contact # as a contact point if you don't want to receive any business enquiry thru this way. No business manner. They claimed that the package was returned and resent. But the first order is missed. I ask for refund for my first order and they claimed that because the system upgrade they cannot refund to my original payment by credit card,ask me could they refund to my PayPal. I email back saying that I don't use PayPal. I asked them to refund to my credit card. They haven't reply me yet. How can you do business like this ? If I could choose no star, I could go for it. Now I am hoping that my second order will come in correct. They read my whatsapp message but no reply. Modakawa, reply here repeatedly asking order no. I already sent via email and they don't reply my email but having time to reply the comment here. Worst company. Refund me immediately!!!

I blame the slow shipment to the padamic, so change my rating to three stars: took off one star for not sending me shipping notification; another star for broken order track link. ★★★ original review ★★★ I received an email after being charged claiming they will send me a shipping confirmation within 2 to 5 days with a link to track my order, but I have been waiting for over a month since then, with all kinds of ads from Modakawa arriving my email inbox without anything mentioning my order. I try to be understandable as we are going through the pandemic, but now the link they sent me to track my order returns a 404. I sent them an email using the address they provided with my order number, but no response; meanwhile, they seem to have plenty of time answering bad reviews on this board, which makes me feel my patience has been abused.

Super comfortable cotton onesie, I'm normally an xl but sized up to the maximum size because I like my onesies roomy. The slippers came as size medium, which just barely fit. I wish I could have chosen the slipper size but there was no option to, so I hoped for the best. Live in Canada and shipment arrived within two weeks of processing. Very happy with my purchase!

It's okay, because I gave the hoodie that was too small to my daughter who loved it. But they are such beautifully made items and the designs are so unique and cute! Will definitely order from here more now that I have a better idea for my size!
