I subsequently have ordered three more for my sisters. Any specialized product is meaningful and worth waiting the extra time for excellence. Plan in advance to place your order to give the metal artists the time they need to create these stunning pieces for your homes.

I received a reply and a sample picture promptly which convinced me to order. My split letter monogram arrived to Switzerland 5 weeks later and it is absolutely beautiful and of impeccable craftsmanship! I will highly recommend Moments Engraved to family and friends! When ordering on-line especially a personalized one you have to remember that it takes time to make it. Mine was perfect & I would definitely order from them again. Awesome company!!!! Jan 12,2020Their service is terrible. We could not get a repose to our multiple phone calls and emails about where our products were. They promised them delivered before Christmas Day but we got them almost 3 weeks later. And one of them was made wrong. We will never order from them again.

Jan 12,2020The Monogrammed plaque I ordered arrived in good time and I was very pleased with it, as was the friend for whom it was purchased. I opted for the stainless steel fittings as I guessed the recipient of the gift would prefer to place it outside, this was a great idea as it meant they could hang it immediatly while I was there. I would definately order again.

Jan 12,2020I'm always dubious about purchasing online, but we are in the midst of building a cottage and when I saw the monograms, I could not resist and proceeded to order. I was one of the fortunate ones that received their product on time and I can appreciate someone being upset about not getting it in time for Christmas, especially if it was a gift as it was in my case. However the customer experience was excellent. I received an immediate response to my inquiry about delivery. The product was delivered in a timely manner and the product itself is very good quality and we love it! Even if it arrived late, I would not be disappointed in the end. I will order again.

Jan 12,2020We bought this for our son in law and he loves it. We also bought it for our son it did not get here in time for xmas. HOWEVER THAT WAS OUR FAULT by not ordering it by the date required. We did receive an email stating it woukd not be here in time for xmas so we were able to orovide a picture. We would definitely order from Company again. SO HAPPY WITH PRODUCT !!

Jan 12,2020We ordered our Moments Engraved name plaque in mid November while in Florida and had it shipped to our home in Canada, hoping it would arrive in time for Christmas. It did. The delivery schedule was 4-6 weeks, as indicated on the order form. Everyone we have shown it to is amazed at how nice it is. We are very pleased and will proudly display it on the front of our house.

Jan 12,2020I ordered one of their products in Nov hoping to have it ready for the Holidays. When Mon before Christmas arrived and the order did not arrive, I was super angry I wanted to cancel it. My order arrived the day after Christmas and it was the most beautiful thing - better than I imagined. We will treasure it for the years to come! Thank you Moments Engraved! Greatly appreciated!

Jan 12,2020I ordered my product in early Nov, but that order was cancelled by the company as I had been charged the wrong amount. I had to reorder putting my ordered behind by two weeks. My ordered was finally shipped December 18 with UPS. It arrived at Pearson International Airport on Dec 19 and it went through customs that day and I paid the duty immediately. The transcript shows that it then went to Kentucky, then to Buffalo and then back to Concord where it somehow got lost. It should have arrived Dec 20, but my package was lost and finally arrived Jan 3. I was soooo disappointed. This was a special gift for my hubby which I secretly purchased and paid for without him knowing. It spoiled Christmas and my surprise. Although the problem was with UPS maybe your shipping company should change. The product itself was beautiful. I think there should be some compensation from UPS as they apparently lost the package and when I inquired about its whereabouts they constantly lied to me, until finally admitting they had lost it. Fortunately it was found, but two weeks too late.
