Jan 12,2020I'm giving a 5 star review. I'm currently waiting for an item to arrive and due to the holiday season it has taken extra time. I emailed customer service and they were quick to reply, and assured me it was in transit. I have ordered many times and every item has been beautiful. I will continue to order from Moments Engraved with confidence.

Jan 12,2020I ordered the 24” initial wall hanging with a saying in the middle. While it was ordered before Christmas, it was delivered after the holiday due to a number of unfortunate circumstances. When it arrived we were very happy with the product. The recipient loved it. We were impressed with the craftsmanship. I would definitely use this company again and I’m confident we would receive the item in a timely manner. The company was upfront with me about their issues every step of the way. I thank them for that.

Jan 12,2020I bought a name sign for my husband’s birthday and we really liked it. I ordered one for my sister and her husband and they loved it. I have since bought another one of the farm name sign for Xmas and gave our first sign to my son and daughter-in-law and everyone was extremely pleased with them.

Jan 12,2020I am more than happy with the product,it was everything they promised it would be. The only negative review I have is that I had to pay £20 import duty for customs or my item wouldn't be delivered. And I had already paid first class postage. I feel this should have been stated at time of purchase.

Jan 12,2020I have purchased 3 monagram metal plaques from Momentsengraved and thus far are very satisfied with the product, all arrived as expected , customer service and communication was great , if you purchased out side of USA one must expect Border duty tax of approx 15% of value to pay the UPS you can prepay on the UPS website you receive

Jan 12,2020Sadly this is not a great review. Firstly after being assured that this would arrive before Christmas it was not delivered until the 3rd of January. My Son was visiting from the UK, whom the gift was for, did not get his Christmas gift and therefor I had to ship it to him which cost more than the product was worth. Secondly the quality of the sign was not great, it was extremely flimsy and was a little bent. Very disappointed all round.

Jan 12,2020Was very disappointed it didn't arrive for Xmas as promised .Dont think it was worth the money it was light as a feather plus the extra £20 I had to pay on delivery ,As for the 20 dollar voucher that's been promised I'd rather have it put into my bank account

Jan 12,2020The product was very nice. But I live in Ireland and the shipping and customs duty ended up costing me three times the price of the product. Not your fault. I won't be buying anything from the USA in the future. Live and learn!

Jan 12,2020I ordered a lovely engraved sign for my parents, they loved it!! Hanging up proudly in their porch. I wasn’t expecting it to arrive before Xmas as I knew the company was overwhelmed with orders but it arrived on Xmas eve so was pleased it made it on time. Custom charges was expected, so this didn’t come as a shock. If you want to order for Xmas then I would suggest you order very early ie September/October time, to be safe. A little patience is needed and the rewards will come
