Jan 12,2020I ordered an engraved house sign as a Xmas present for my husband and he was absolutely delighted to receive such a beautiful personalised gift. It has now been displayed in pride of place outside our house. Beautifully made and a joy to look at. Exactly as in the example. I will think about ordering others in the future for my family. I ordered early and delivery was in plenty of time for Xmas. Please b aware that if you are ordering from outside the USA customs charges may be payable on receipt. I got caught in the UK, hence the warning.

Jan 12,2020What a fantastic product from this company! I ordered three different monograms for my grown up children and their spouses. I was absolutely thrilled when I saw them, I felt they were so unique, and so did they. We live in The UK and delivery was excellent. Moments engraved were very professional and I can so understand why they were overwhelmed with orders, we are all looking for something different and unique as presents, and this company has achieved that. Well done Moments Engraved, keep up the good work. I will be ordering more from you. Love, love love everything about it!

Jan 12,2020sehr schönes Produkt. Schade kam es erst im Januar und nicht auf Weihnachten. Schade auch dass noch Gebühren von UPS verlangt wurden. Ein echter Hingucker. würde es sofort wieder kaufen...... einfach früher bestellen.

Jan 12,2020I have ordered several pieces of wall art from Moments Engraved. Everyone that has received them have been very happy and appreciative of these special gifts. I’ve never had any difficulties or disappointments with any orders. It’s sad to see some people put down a company that is working hard to fulfill orders. Instead of focusing on a date why not focus on the fact that quality workmanship takes time especially when swamped by orders. This season is supposed to be based on love, kindness and patience. Seems to me it brings out a negative, demanding attitude. Why not encourage a company when they face a difficult situation rather than make it more difficult to get through??

Jan 12,2020Sadly although the product , when it arrived was nice...yes just nice, and yes I know that the company was surprised, and so, ill prepared for the number of orders. I can't give a great review. What annoyed me most, after promising it would be delivered before Christmas, I ordered in Nov. It didn't arrive until Jan...then I was charged £20 tax by the UPS delivery guy !!! There was no mention of this charge so I ended up paying £99 for a laser cut sign that arrived a week after Christmas !!!!

Jan 12,2020What a fab product and fab company. From the moment I ordered there was emails going through the ordering process, also warning that there could be delay on delivery if i was expecting it for Xmas. I ordered the compass sign for my husband as a present and he was ecstatic with it. I will be ordering from Moments Engraved again as they are a company that value their customers. The only negative thing I will say and it’s nothing to do with the company as you read in their delivery that the courier is subject to charge at the customer end. If you do get a delivery from DHL UK make sure you have cash as they don’t take credit/debit cards

Jan 12,2020Excellent Company. I ordered a Beautiful family "Tree of Life" name sign for my sister andher husband for Christmas. Although it didn't arrive for Christmas I was kept informed of the status and what the issues were at all times. Wonderful Customer Services. Oh and by the way, my sister absolutley loved it. So over all a great company to work with.

Jan 12,2020Ordering was easy, it was picking out just one of the great designs. The one I chose has our full last name and is beautiful. My husband hung it on the house right after we received it. I chose for our sign to be black and it looks great against our red brick. My only regret is that I should have ordered a larger size. But now I get to order another sign just much larger.

This time I read the reviews and they were all positive. Soooo I took a chance and I’m SOOOO glad I did! It was just as beautiful, if not more so! I LOVE IT & HIGHLY recommend it. Jan 12,2020I am prompted to write this review after seeing the bad reviews, I am really pleased with the product, it’s exactly what as it was advertised, I should have ordered a larger one because I wanted to put it on my house and it’s a bit small for that but I will place it in my barber shop or office. Over all it is a great buy and as far as the delay, I tracked my package from Saks 5th go all the way to Sacramento before it finally came to Chicago, so 🤷🏽♀️go figure. wrong time of the year for OTA

Jan 12,2020I ordered two as Christmas gifts just a few weeks before Christmas. I was delighted and impressed that they arrived in time and for me to be able to post one of them on to my brother (especially as I live in the UK). I was very pleased with them both, they were really lovely and my brother said it was a fantastic gift! I will definitely be buying more in the future!
