Jan 12,2020The sign is very nice, our friends and neighbors are already asking me where I got it from. I ordered it in time, because you never know how long the post need to transport and deliver it. I was very surprise it came already 14 days before Christmas. If I need something again, I will definitely order it from this company.

Jan 12,2020I would have easily given 5 stars as the product is worthy of it. Unfortunately, I am one of many who received their order late, (which was meant as Christmas gifts). I received mine on Jan 2nd. Very disappointed to say the least. However, the end product was simply beautiful. I did appreciate though the update emails notifying of the delays and status of when I was to receive the goods, as well as the company owning accountability. Bottom line - great product, poor execution. Regardless, I would order again, perhaps a few months in advance this time.

Jan 12,2020Absolutely fantastic product. I ordered and received my product in a few weeks and considering it was close to Christmas and the busiest time of the year I was satisfied. I received an email to apologize if product was late. It wasn’t and I would have understood. My gift was a housewarming gift and it was considered to be very special for them. I would definitely recommend this product and intend to reorder another one at a later date for myself. Finally I was very happy with design. Exactly as indicated in the drawings provided. Thank you.

Jan 12,2020Immediately billed credit card for the 2 plaques ordered. I called and was told their billing policy. Before ordering I asked when I could expodelivery. Company representative said they could not guarantee before Christmas I took chance and ordered anyway and received week before Xmas. The plaques were beautiful very pleased with quality. Thank you will order again.

Jan 12,2020I love the pieces I ordered from Moments Engraved. What a perfect wedding gift for our daughter and her husband and my husband and I love ours. There is nothing like the workmanship and beauty of these special engravings to identify our homes and family. I ordered early December thinking they would arrive by Christmas. They were late, but I was informed all along the way that they would be. They did arrive safely and it was worth the wait. Some things just can't be helped. I think they did the best they could do to get their orders out. I would order from them again if the need or occasion arises. In fact, I have already ordered a personalized Christmas ornament for next year.

My father absolutely loved it, and it is such a beautiful piece - it will certainly become a family heirloom. Now I am going to order a custom piece for our farm. This beautiful piece of art is not only exactly what we were looking for but it is more lovely than expected and the magnetic holder is worth the extra cost. This piece was so easy to put up in our dining room and we have received many compliments. In fact I ordered one for my parents and can't wait for theirs to arrive.

They loved it of course but i was really disapointed that they didnt get it in time. But i was really happy about when i would email you about updates about it you answered me right away so thankyou for that. I will order from you again.

Jan 12,2020It's almost sad they put all this effort into covering for there horrible service, ordered Dec3 still no Christmas gift , when ordering they gave no indication of a delay in order or cut off date for Christmas delivery, come on man people are Christmas shopping and when you know that and still don't give any indication that's BAD business!!!! Still waiting!???

Jan 12,2020I ordered two large metal signs in November for holiday gifts. I received notice they had shipped and excitedly awaited their arrival. The carrier messed up and Moments Engraved customer service was fantastic in getting the situation resolved. When the package arrived I was so excited with the results I wanted to give the gifts immediately, but waited. And when both were opened the recipients were delighted. It’s special to hit a home-run when giving a gift and the quality and design of the engravings did that. 😊😊😊😊😊
