Jan 12,2020SO pleased with our purchase!! It was a gift for our parents and they are thrilled! The quality is excellent and exactly as ordered. I was a bit concerned as there was little communication after placing the order but when I inquired, they replied promptly and assured me that delivery would be on time. I had ordered prior to the Christmas deadline and it arrived just in time for Christmas. The only issue they have to resolve now is where to hang it!! :)

Jan 12,2020DO NOT ORDER *** DO NOT ORDER *** Poor customer service. Calls into the service goes to voicemail for all 3 extensions. Been trying since Dec 18th! Standard bot answers on social media. Placed Order on November 12 with all orders placed by the December 2nd guarantee delivery by Christmas. Made 3 calls and 4 emails prior to Dec 15th all stating order be on time. I let the representative know that I wanted to cancel the order and place it with another company because I was concerned about the delivery time. It’s been over four weeks and I still hadn’t received it. She assured me it would be received before Christmas. Well it didn’t arrive by Christmas. It came after Christmas. It was intended for my sister who lives 120 miles away. I was promised two phone calls from a supervisor. All i got was crickets ... At the very least I should receive a phone call with an apology and they should step up pay for postage and have the gift sent to my sister. I received an email today from “JB “CEO to all their customers stating that they humbly apologize that they missed only a few of the 10’s of thousands of orders they had. Honestly that is such a complete lie especially knowing that my order was November 12th which was in time of the deadline December 2nd so if Nov 12th missed the delivery for December 25 I can only imagine everyone who’s upset who ordered after Nov 12- Dec 2nd! Bottom line not worth it. Not impressed with the quality either!

Jan 12,2020I ordered a custom design and was extremely impressed by the fine workmanship and the professionalism of the Team that handled my order. Rachel was very helpful: she sent me the quote promptly, she confirmed the order, sent me a mock-up for approval and then asked the team to execute the work. Rachel also gave me the delivery date shortly after. And my item was delivered on time and it was of high quality. I heard that some people received their orders after Christmas, in my opinion they didn’t plan well and didn’t place their order well in advance. Jan 12,2020I am very pleased with the monogram I purchased for my Partner. It was for his birthday in Nov. It arrived in mid Dec due to the Christmas rush and it was worth the wait. He loves it and it is gracing the exterior wall of our house facing the street. I love it so much I plan to order one for myself. It was very well packaged and arrived in New Zealand in perfect order including attachments for mounting it. Thanks heaps.

Jan 12,2020I ordered a Split Letter Monogram in my ex-wife's maiden name as there are only daughters in her family and she was saddened at the thought that the name would die. The two-lifetime warranty goes someway to fixing that. The product was exactly as described and looked just as good as it did on the website. It was delivered on time and undamaged. Thank you.

Jan 12,2020Moments Engraved is a quality company which specializes in unique and personalized gifts here in the US. When ordering from them they let you know upfront when the delivery it’s to be expected. The customer service and products are of hi quality, just make sure you order early so you get it when you want it, a custom design it’s very time consuming and an art, I am so very pleased and grateful and appreciate the beautiful job on my two piece I ordered. I kicked myself this last holiday season I didn’t allow enough time and didn’t want to take the chance, so I didn’t order it because of the busy season so they will get it next year. Come on people have some patience and understanding it probably wasn’t even their fault but the transit company with Weather and breakdowns but don’t trash moments Engraves. There’s not much quality of work in this day and age, take responsibility that once in a while things to happen. Happy !! Happy !! Happy!!

The customer service was excellent (I had some questions after my order and they were quick to respond), the delivery was really quick and the people I bought them for loved them. I will definitely buy from Moments Engraved again.

Jan 12,2020To anyone looking to purchase from moments engraved I would say DONT. Customer service is poor product is poor, packaging for international delivery is none existent, I bought Among other items the wall bracket and 3 months later still don’t have it and they still haven’t even admitted fault, the engraved item was damaged beyond use and again even after being sent photos and literally hundreds of emails no response from moments engraved. You are dealing with a company that just wants to separate you from your cash? To any international buyers please note further charges to be added in import tax that moments engraved will not mention or except is there responsibility to incorporate, sell sell sell is the moments engraved policy customer service and correcting any wrongs for any repeat business is not a concern USE A DIFFERENT COMPANY FOR YOUR ITEM, THEIR ARE LOADS OUT THERE. You have been warned

Jan 12,2020I ordered a split letter monogram and took advantage of the additional offer I received for a second item. I had a little confusion with the website to customize but their customer service was SO helpful and quick to update the order on their end. They both came out beautifully and I was so proud to gift it to my parents and my sister's family. I was a little bummed that one wasn't going to arrive until 12/26 but I was informed all the way. Once a creative, high quality item hits a platform like IG... I completely understand how they got overwhelmed by the response but I feel they responded and did what they had to to get orders filled asap. Would completely order again and recommend you do too!

Jan 12,2020I received my ordered way faster than I had expected and truthfully I was a little worried because I wondered if it would mean shoddy work, but it was so beautiful and perfect!! I actually was a little teary as I knew my husband would really love this 10th wedding anniversary gift. We bought the Split Monogram in the letter H (black). I’m so proud to own this.
