Jan 12,2020We ordered a welcome sign to replace an old wooden one that was falling apart. The new sign is beautifully made with smooth edges. It’s a perfect fit for our home. I would not hesitate to order again.

Jan 12,2020The products are well crafted and beautifully finished, as described. They did arrive late for Christmas which was disappointing but the products were worth the wait. Delays happen, but I would suggest better communication and Better tracking with customers as first time online buyers tend to worry about the legitimacy of a company they haven’t dealt with before. Jan 12,2020I have purchased 4 of these in the last few months. All have been made with excellent quality and received many compliments from friends and neighbors. One was a day late for Christmas, but that happens during the holidays. Have no complaints.

Jan 12,2020I ordered 4 products on 12/5, in 2 separate orders. As I got closer to Christmas & worried about no notice for shipment, I tried to reach out. Couldn’t find a number to call. So I sent an email and received a generic response about how busy they were and they were working around the clock to get orders out the door. They had no idea how popular these items would be...blah, blah, blah. At the bottom of the email, they had their website address starting with 4 W’s - wwww. (this site wouldn’t let me write it out for some reason). Ummm....that’s when my radar really started going off. Four W’s!?? I sent an email back that I thought the whole thing was a scam and received a coupon as a response. Meanwhile, they continued to advertise on Instagram and in all the comments it was nothing but people saying they still hadn’t received their orders. Needless to say, my orders were not delivered by Christmas and I was completely embarrassed. THANKS ALOT!!! So the 2nd order I placed arrived on January 6 and my 1st order arrived 1/11. There were multiple items in the first order there was no protection between the metal, so they are all scratched. Then I get an email from the owner just now saying that he’s getting bad reviews on this site and would I mind writing a positive review.....HAHAHAHAHA!!! No. Horrible company, bad customer service, unrealistic expectations set for your customers. Do not order from them. Oddly enough, my sister purchased the same gift for me from another company and they shipped it on time. And its a better product.

Jan 12,2020I bought the product beginning of December hoping to get it before Christmas. Got an email from Moments engrave saying they couldn't deliver before Christmas due to surge in demand, and they would like to guarantee the workmanship of their product. I recieved the product this week and was extremely disappointed with it. First, the material felt flimsy and cheap, I was expecting a thicker metal. I think it's only a mm. Secondly, the name was so tiny and not even centered, my understanding when I put the order and looked at the preview was that it wont look exactly like the preview, that they will at least center it and align it properly. Now I spent more than $100 for something I cant even hang. I demand a refund for this product. If a customer is looking to buy this product right now, please reconsider. You will be wasting your money for something you cant even use.

Jan 12,2020i ordered two items from this company for the very first time and was extremely pleased with the product! i ordered in early December and fully expected that despite the Christmas rush i would still receive my order in time for Christmas. Moments Engraved did not disappoint! My items were delivered before Christmas and were wrapped and ready under the tree. Being custom made, they did a great job in turning out the order on time. I wouldnt hesitate to order again. Thank you Moments Engraved!!

Jan 12,2020I cannot say enough of how happy we are with the multiple purchases we have made from this company. We get a quality product in a reasonable time. We keep in mind we are ordering an item that is hand-made when it is ordered. This is not a 'cookie-cutter" iten, but a quality product made just for me! We purchased one for a friend. It was a Tree of Life 18"; little dI'd we know, a week later he had emergency open heart surgery. Thy treasure this gift for more than one reason. I didn't get the ornament I ordered by Christmas due to my late order. I'd rather 'wait' and get the quality product as ordered. Jan 12,2020Momentsengraved does beautiful work..they were able to deliver my piece in a timely manner during the holiday rush..they cut each piece requiring extra time as opposed to something coming from China...during a busy holiday time, it is only right to expect it may take longer. It is good to remember this art is unique and very personal...I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for something special!

Jan 12,2020I do love my piece but was disappointed that the O was oval instead of large and round. My recommendation would be to provide the customer with a mock up so they are satisfied with the results of such a large ticket item.
