May 21,2021I ordered from this company twice. I decided to order the mixed bags of junk silver. Picture shows a variety of types of coins. It states they get to choose which ones, but that should not mean just choosing one coin. Mixed coins there chose. I ended up with over 2,000 in just quarters on this order and 100's in dimes on another order. They now say we can call and let them know what we want. A little late now. I'm trying to have a balance of all types of constitutional silver.

May 20,2021Tried to place a couple thousand dollar order for junk silver, all denominations. Was checking out, created an account, and was pulling out the check book to save over $100 and was PLEASED to see an E Check option. Still same amount of time, but mail is too slow and costs too much. For civi clothes wearing, but i digress. So it was FIVE days from clicking enter. EXCEPT, M'ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh. It kicks you back to the cart. So you waste your time entering info in, only to be booted back to cart. After a third attempt, and no email confirmation for an order, i decide to call. BIG MISTAKE!! I found this place online, checked out PLENTY of reviews from multiple locations, and after buying for years from JM, SD, APMEX, Bullion direct (out of business) and more locations over 50 years i care to list, and thought lets give them a shot. It is so nice web sites do not usually speak, i contacted the store (i believe) and got JAZELL. She did NOT want to be bothered! She was tagging, pricing gun, stamping something while ON THE PHONE (BEYOND UNPROFESSIONAL but it IS MD) and when i asked to to stop because i am repeating myself to her, AND i cannot HEAR her i just hung up. Guess they do not need customers. Listen to the tape if you really record your phone calls!! Just Hit redial on my phone, only this time i chose extension FOUR and it is the same person who answered ext. THREE with her. I just created a FULL account on this website TODAY!! TALK ABOUT GASLIGHTING! NOT the wrong place even a little! I do not waste my time because you DIDN'T do something. THIS is my first time on trust pilot!! Since you use them in your margin. GASLIGHTING!!
