The people who answer the phone are a cut above the usual no-service departments of many of the other firms out there. Daniel who answered the phone at Monument Metals customer service was a pleasure to talk with and helped me out when I entered the wrong data repeatedly and locked myself out. I can and will do business with Monument Metals in the future.

Mar 26,2023Placed my order for 90% Silver dimes on March 8th, and paid via eCheck. The check cleared on March 9th. I contacted the customer service on March 15th and was told my order would be shipped on March 16th or 17th. I contacted customer service again on March 22nd and my order had not yet been shipped. I was told it would be shipped USPS Priority Mail that day. According to the tracking info, my order is on it's way but probably won't arrive until the 27th. I will not order from Monument Metals again, and I would advise others to use a different vendor.

Out of the 24 shipments I only had an issue with one shipment being damaged in transit and after a call to Giselle and Jonathan they took care of it. Giselle and Jonathan are always helpful and pleasant to talk with and a good wealth of knowledge. They offer a good selection of products, very competitive pricing and ship my orders fairly quickly. I would recommend Monument Metals to my friends and family!

Mar 08,2023Placed an order on Feb, 21st and 24th. Talk with the company via email because hadn't received tracking. They told me my order shipped on March 1st. Today is the March 7th, and USPS still has not received my package per their site. I'm so frustrated. I understand shipping is a challenge in Maryland, however I can't even confirm if the package was dropped last Wednesday, being that's just when the label was printed.

Mar 07,2023As with all online bullion dealers, echeck payment processing is painfully slow. I guess $1k of bullion is somehow more expensive than $1k of any other product on the planet. Bullion dealers are far more sensitive to fraud than any other retailer on the planet. Lol. Right. Anyway... For those new to online bullion purchasing with ACH / eCheck.... Order placed: 23 Feb Digits leave your account 2 days later Order shipped: 2 Mar Order received: 6 Mar Expect to be without your money for about 12 days before receiving purchase. Sadly typical. Besides that, MM offers better prices. Shipment arrived "on time" lol, packed well and as described. Easy order process, presumed secure. They did their job, which is commendable these days. Bravo.

Mar 07,2023They have great prices and are great people to deal with. All coins are bubble wrapped and double boxed before sent out for delivery. MM are set up for small purchase buyers like myself. I've purchased approximately 20 orders and have had no issues.

Apr 08,2023I have been ordering from Monument Metals and this is my 6th order. I have ordered smaller ozs of silver all the way up to 100 oz RCM bar. I usually order online and all my orders have come off without a hitch. They seem to be an honest and reputable Bullion dealer which is one of the most important things for me as a customer buying Bullion as I don't want to get scammed. I just put in an order for some fractional rounds and Daniel was very helpful with a couple of questions I had. I plan to continue purchasing from Monument Metals in the future.
