The time between order and delivery was longer than usual, but when I called support for a status, the rep was very helpful and friendly. The order was very well packed, and delivered confidentially. Feb 25,2023Their prices on constitutional silver are great, but you get what you pay for. I received MANY dateless standing libs and barbers,slick Washingtons as well as damaged and rusted coins. Yes, I understand there might be a few,they have been in circulation ,just expect a lot more than you want. I have been very pleased with other purchases.

Feb 20,2023I made my 2nd precious metal purchase ever through Monument Metal. Their online prices are very hard to beat and for me, they are a local company. I can pick up my items after work, making it easier to hide from the wife than getting things shipped to the house. ;) Customer service through the entire process was great. I will continue to use MM for my precious metal purchases as long as their prices and premiums remain lower than others.

Feb 19,2023I've just started buying silver this year. I've made 4 purchases so far. I haven't had to call customer service because I've had no issues. I'm in CA. Delivery within 5 days, items well packed, no damage to coins. Oh let's not forget, best prices for silver rounds out of the other sites I've searched. Do your own research, I did mine.

Feb 16,2023MM is my favorite metals dealer by far. Great selection and usually offers the best price. When paying by check, the elapsed processing time is reasonable enough to make the cost savings worth the effort. The packaging is well done and care is taken to protect the contents as well as disguise the products identity. For these reasons, MM is my first choice among the many alternatives.

Feb 16,2023Seems that it takes forever to get your merchandise. After an extended check clearing period now my order is just sitting in the shipping que now. It’s been there for three days. I called twice and spoke to 2 different people on 2 different days. They told me it would be shipped “today or tomorrow”. Well it has not happened yet. It seems they have no idea on when it will be shipped. And I’m starting to wonder if it will ever be shipped. Update: You have heard my complaint. Instead of playing games and “wondering” if I received my shipment yet. You should focus more on fulfilling you orders in a more timely fashion. This was my first order with you company and you are, by far, the slowest in fulfilling orders of any company I have dealt with. So accept that reality or change it.

Feb 08,2023placed order 1/27/2023, gave my account number to your rep. with check codes. Check cleared 1/30. I was told on Friday 2/3 I would get mailing information that day or Monday. Today is Tuesday 2/7, a lady manager said you should get your mailing date by Thursday? I was dealing with another company in the past thinking your service would be good, but to my surprise it was a bad choice ! After this experience with your company I will return to Money Metals . When they promise you a date you get it.
