The collections day the drivers: Lachezar and Marin were so professional and quick. They loaded the vans within two hours. Few days later I received all our belongings in perfect condition. Even the big TV screen 65” was not damaged. Thanks to Pavel, Filip who were helpful and patience with all our questions.

Apr 10,2025Movega was great from start to finish. I was moving from the UK to the Czech Republic and had another company lined up for moving my belongings. It fell away last minute and I was left in a tough spot with having to find an alternative literally for the next day. As soon as I submitted a request for quote, Boris Velikov from Movega got in touch and I explained to him my situation. Within a couple of hours, the van was set up for picking up my stuff the next morning, all paperwork for border control completed to the highest degree of professionalism and the entire support communication has been efficient, extremely friendly and overall a real pleasure. I fully enjoyed the feeling of being taken care of and a sense of trust formed very quickly. I would highly recommend Movega's services to anyone who is planning a move in Europe. Their team went above and beyond to make sure everything went smoothly.I had some pretty specific timing requests—while they couldn’t promise anything, they still made it happen. My load ended up being over the quoted limit, but they sorted it out quickly and kept me in the loop the whole way. It did cost a little extra, but honestly, for the service I got, it was totally worth it!

Mar 24,2025Great communication until the first payment was done. Really bad communication with the truck driver, who was quite rude over the phone and hunged up the phone during unloading. I was promised a message or call before the truck arrived for unloading, I requested several times, but that never happened, the truck just appeared and nobody was prepared. The driver didn't use the platform once and was really rough with my stuff, he broke a table I had made myself, plus a chest of drawers which opened and all my clothes were tossed on the street, just because he didn't use the elevating platform of the truck at all during the move, and then HE BLAMED ME because I didn't seal the drawers... But they were, it was just too heavy to lift using brute force and the drawers opened despite the tape! Complete and utterly CHAOS during the unload. I decided to pay a bit more (3.700!!!) for a better service because they had great reviews, but it's not worth it. Really unhappy with the service, I'm happy most of the stuff arrived intact and in time, but the last part of the process was very chaotic.

Our move was repeatedly delayed due to visa issues, but they were incredibly understanding and flexible throughout the entire process. Communication was outstanding—Pavel kept us updated every step of the way and felt more like a friend than just a service provider. Teo, our driver, was fantastic. He handled our belongings with great care, ensuring everything was loaded and unloaded safely. He even remembered my special items and made sure to hand them to me first, which was a thoughtful touch. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services!
