Oct 17,2023Fair price, clear and efficient. The whole move was followed closely by Boris on the customer service team. He always answered my emails and phone calls quickly and clearly. If we had any doubts or problems, he was able to talk us through them. To be completely transparent, on the moving day we did have a problem with the delivery driver. He did not do the service we were hoping for. When he arrived at the unloading destination, however, he did his job well. We raised concerns with the customer service team about the problems with the loading service and they spoke to the driver, checked the issue and resolved it very quickly, which is why I am still happy to give Movega 5 stars. I would definitely use their service if I was to move again in the future.

Oct 06,2023I just moved from France to Switzerland and I was a bit worried about the border crossing and the customs. The move went really super well. Truck was on time for pickup and delivery. The boxes were really secured and driver took care in well placing fragile boxes and electronic. I would also like to thank Pavel Atanasov my movement coordinator. He was very transparent and always available to answer all my questions on the spot. I highly recommend

He listened carefully to all my needs and concerns and gave me his whapp number so I could text him anytime. The collection and delivery dates were according to a plan, and throughout the process, I had to worry only about the packing- everything else was taken care of. Also, the driver, Zhelislav, was very kind and helped us load and unload our stuff!

Sep 11,2023I was super worried from beginning to end, but everything went surprisingly well, moving from Germany to the UK. At first I only called them, as they had reviews here (hence, why I'm writing mine), but since they were much cheaper than the others I felt insecure. Only once the truck arrived in the UK, I relaxed. Turned out that it was not necessary. :) They arrived right on time, had no troubles crossing the border and controls and arrive in London on time. I would call them again, this time, without the worries. There is only one point that could have improved a bit: the driver said he was only paid to drive, which made me feel uneasy as he had to load/unload and carry things upstairs. I gave him a nice tip to make up for it, but it should have been better explained to the driver or the costumer. When he arrived in London, he was tired, so I had to make up with carrying things beyond my capacity. These points are understanding and did not impact the overall experience. One point to give them high points: their customer service is outstanding! They called me on every step before, during and after the move. Bravo!

Very smooth process from start to finish, any questions I had was very responsive and in short time. When my items were in transit I was given constant updates on when my items will be arriving. On the moving day the driver helped with loading, and when my items arrived to Estonia same driver was there and helped me to unload as well. Highly recommend this company to anyone!

He not only helped us with the load and unload of all the boxes, but with his little english he managed to relax us with "no problem". Very professional company, that I would recommend. Thanks
