Really disappointed with the service. Ordered a personalised item, it took ages to arrive and when it did arrive it wasn’t personalised. I’d chosen this company as they advertise personalisation across all of their items! When I emailed to raise my Concern they told me it was my fault and that they’d be happy to replace it at an additional cost of the postage to return it! I would suggest if you don’t want to come across to your perspective customers that you don’t care about their experience that you add a prompt at each point in the sales process to ensure there are no issues going forward. This was meant to be a very special gift for my granddaughter and now to save £ I’m unable to give her the gift personalised I’m clearly not the only person that has experienced this
I ordered 2 personalised bags for my boys. the order was delivered in a timely manner and packed very nicely. However, one of the name written on one of the bag isn't straight. The last letter is very off and not in line with the rest of the name. I have spoken to customer service and they asked for me to send a picture of the bag which i did. I got a reply almost straight away saying 'After careful examination, we would like to clarify that the font style you are observing is intentional and matches the design specifications of the product. We want to assure you that this is not a fault, and the font has been crafted with a specific aesthetic in mind'. Which i understand but the other bag i got is straight(i attached a picture to the initial email for them to see as well) the image of the bag on their website with the name 'Alfie' is also straight. I did mentioned to them that i would like both my boys wearing their bags with their names on but it wouldn't be fair one wearing it and the other not. With their unhelpful response i dont think i will be using the bags which is a shame and waste really. Also its got their logo on it and with the response i got i dont think i would like my child wearing the bag and literally advertising it. I didnt reply back to the email I received simply i am a paying customer who isn't happy with the order and no customer sevice wasnt helpful and no matter how much i argue i know it wouldn't get anywhere so its just better i warn other parents to be carful when ordering. Also bearing in mind the price i paid i think a middle ground should've been worked out by the customer service.
Working in customer service means I am very rarely impressed by the service provided by companies. However, Geraldine has completely blown me away with resolving my issues with a faulty item. Seamless responses, even replies at 11pm at night. Literally couldn’t rate my experience any higher. Thanks Geraldine!
What a shame....Purchased a personalised gift. At check out the delivery options are express or within 5 days, I had 10 so I chose the latter. At day 6 I had received no confirmation of dispatch so contacted. Was advised that as I hadn't chosen express delivery it was my fault it hadn't arrived. They advised it was a busy time and my order was in production, (this is day 7) and 5 days was just a guide. My advise. Tell people the exact wait time, email progress of order, (you managed to send in excess of 10 spam emails per day) so advise order progress or delay. Have given two stars as emails replied to promptly. My advice. If you want something for Christmas order it now
My personalised order took longer than expected to be dispatched but when I emailed to enquire and explained that it was for a Christening at the weekend, Aleksandra fast tracked my order and it was delivered on time. Very responsive and helpful.

I am still waiting for my order to even be dispatched. The expected delivery date was supposed to be tomorrow but when I contacted them I was told they had unexpected higher levels of orders and my item would not be dispatched for another 48 hours and would take another 5 days after that to reach me! Not great as this is a 2nd birthday present for my nephew for this weekend. I will await my parcel but unfortunately my experience doesn't echo the reviews on here
Extremely disappointed with the service from this company. Ordered a backpack last Friday, emailed Monday for an update (heard nothing) called them, no one answers the phone. Got a response today and the backpack is on the back burner as they have had too many orders and I will expect to be dispatched in 48 hours when it should’ve been delivered by Thursday. Really upset as it was a present for my sons birthday on Friday :( Poor communication and poor attitude towards customers. Never using this company again.
I ordered the Personalised waterproof rain coat. I would advise not to buy as my daughter’s name on here is tiny tiny! I might as well have just paid for a waterproof jacket somewhere else!
I phoned today as my delivery had gone missing through evri and spoke to a lovely lady named Dorota who was extremely helpful and responded to emails quickly. I explained that I had a baby shower this weekend and she was very quick to get it sorted and send the item again next day delivery! Thank you Dorota
Initially had an issue with the delivery date but following an email to them they were able to ship it out straight away and were incredibly helpful and responsive! The quality of the items were amazing and delivered safely. Very grateful for their speed of responding and being able to help.
I bought a dumbo giftset for my granddaughter, the presentation box arrived damaged and dumbo's musical didn't work. I contacted them and within 24hrs I had both replaced. I would like to thank Oliwia for such fantastic service and turnaround. I will definitely recommend to my family and friends and with Christmas just around the corner be purchasing again. Long delay on item being processed. No communication sent to say item would be late/delayed even though they said they were experiencing high sales when I contacted them to get an update. When contacting them via the website chat box the advisor was abrupt, and not very personal. Wouldn't use again.
I ordered a pale pink back pack with my daughter’s name stitched into it. On the website the bag is a pale pink and the stitching dark pink - it’s very clearly defined. However, the item I received was a much darker pink bag with her name stitched in a very similar colour making it completely unreadable. On contacting them I was told their photos are taken in a studio and enhanced and I should have read the fine print. The images on their website are completely inaccurate and a false representation of the item you receive.
Poor customer service, huge disappointment! I have been let down twice by this company. First I ordered 1 month prior of a birthday and the item has been sent out was damaged. I sent it back to replace it. The replacement at first was not delivered because it was a “system issue” but I needed to contact with them, after that it get lost during transport and the 3rd replacement has been sent out delivered 3 days later even it has been told sending out on an express delivery with a next day aaturday delivery… never happened and let down a little girl twice with no present … I ordered a bag for a holiday and a birthday present more than 1,5 week prior as delivery time stated 5 days. I didn’t hear anything until the estimated delivery day so I contacted customer service. It has been told they having high volume orders. To be honest I dont care! As I have been ordered with a delivery time frame mentioned in the email and website. If they can’t delivery within a timeframe should have been a note about this issue prior the order so I can make my decision! Now how a hell shall I turn up a party with no present?!?! Again?!?! Customer service find a simple solution “ hoping finding this information well but they can’t keep a deadline. “ I am absolutely fuming!!!!! Soo disappointed! If anyone like to have something in time please order somewhere else …
My item was never delivered. According to GPS it was. When I explained they wanted a crime reference number. I explained we didn’t know it was stolen and it would be wrong for me to report a crime I wasn’t sure was committed. Refused refund, won’t buy from them again.
Ordered my twins personalised backpacks and water bottles for nursery. Absolutely amazing quality! A little bit pricey but worth the money as I have never found a water bottle that didn’t leak, but it would be great if they made them slightly larger . The only issue I found was the personalisation on the bottles. Paid an extra £5 each and the writing was the same color as the bottle so I had to sharpie over so you could actually see their names.
Ordered a bag 2 weeks before due to go on holiday for my daughter. Over a week later and still hasn’t been dispatched despite delivery being estimated within 5 days is purchase, which would arrive with plenty of time. Chased up with customer service and then told a high volume of orders so delivery not guaranteed. This was not stated at the time of purchase therefore I would have looked at other options. Now I have a very upset daughter who was looking forward to her new bag for her first holiday. Awful customer service, no alternative solution offered.
