Very happy with this company and their products . Lawrence was particularly helpful when we had made an error with our order . Thanks to his wonderful customer service he organised everything so it could be sorted and the product returned with the personalisation we had mistakenly omitted from our order . I ordered a personalised activity table for my nieces 1st birthday. The activity table was of high quality and a beautiful finish, which my niece loved. Only downside was the activity table arrived a day later then what was anticipated however the customer service agent Lawrence was very clear in confirming the new delivery time and refunded my original delivery charges. Overall despite the delay the product and customer service was excellent.
Bought a bag for my son for his bday, really nice great quality. unfortunately a month or so later the netting came away a little, I emailed to see how I could fix it and Dorota was fantastic, she replied within an hour offer a replacement unfortunately mine was out of stock she asked me to look for a alternative, I went back to her and within 10 Minutes a replacement was ordered. Great service and will continue to use my 1st years

I sent an email as my package was damaged when it arrived. I received a prompt reply within a couple of hours by Alexsandra who advised of another box being sent out within the next 2 days which I thought was amazing! She apologised for the inconvenience and sorted the matter within a few hours. Very impressed by this service.

Fantastic customer service error with order and personalisation missed when I submitted order however spoke to Lawrence from customer services and all sorted replacement item sent out after I had returned original. Fantastic service will defiantly order from them again

Really poor experience overall. We bought a toy bench back in November for our little girl’s first Christmas. We got it out of the box on Christmas Eve to build it to find a missing piece and the top of the toy bench was chipped. Since then, we’ve had a toy bench that we can’t use. I emailed customer service quite soon after Christmas and was told that unfortunately they weren’t able (or willing it seems) to help with the issue as they didn’t have any spare pieces or new toy benches in stock and that we’d have to wait until April(!) for the replacements to be available. I’ve just received an email and have been told that this is looking unlikely and they can’t give me an answer as to when it will be sorted. So I’ve now got a toy box that we can’t use, but they want me to dismantle it, repackage it and wait at home for a day for them to send someone to collect it. OR I’ve got to somehow load it into my car and drop it off all with a toddler in tow. Seems safe and reasonable. I just want my money back now as I’ve waited long enough. It’s ridiculous to expect someone to wait this long for a resolution and refuse to refund them and only offer unrealistic and unreasonable ways for them to get their money back. Needless to say, we won’t be purchasing from them again and won’t recommend them to anyone either. It’s a piece of wood for a toy box and it’s not that hard to resolve!

The response time on emails was within minutes, not days and nothing but accommodating. Would order again, and know if there was any problems, the customer service would be great.
